You've Never Seen Futurama Like This
If there's anything I'm a sucker for, it's glorious fanart of beloved geek entertainment, and today's internet dig did not disappoint. It's been a while since Futurama has been on the online radar (or TV for that matter), but one look at this and the nostalgia hit me like a freight train... or maybe a well-rendered 3D starship.

'Star Wars: Episode VIII' Director's Cryptic Tweet Backs Insane Fan Theory!
They say there is no 'Snoke' without fire, and this is a doozy of a fan theory. Admittedly there are more tin-foil hat conspiracies floating around the Lucasverse than in your average episode of Game of Thrones, but some gain a lot of traction. From Supreme Leader Snoke being Darth Vader, to Luke's evil motives, we have heard them all. Let's just say we were shocked when fresh off the set of Episode VIII, director Rian Johnson teased fans about one of the craziest theories ever. You know the one...Jar Jar Binks is a Sith.

Two Timelords Keen To Return In Upcoming Series
Ever since they departed from the show, both Matt Smith and David Tennant have both returned to Doctor Who at some point in time and space. Tennant (10th Doctor) left his role as the Timelord in 2010 'The End Of Time - Part Two'. Since his departure, he returned to play the 10th Doctor in the shows 50th Anniversary Special 'The Day Of The Doctor' alongside fellow Doctors Matt Smith and Tom Baker. However, in 2010 when Tennant left, Matt Smith took over as the Doctor and then departed in 2013 in 'Time Of The Doctor' which followed the 50th Anniversary Special. Since departure, Smith has returned once. This was during Peter Capaldi's debut episode 'Deep Breath' in 2014. It may have been a phone call, but he still returned causing fans to go mad.

Giant Space Cigar: New Observations Show Weird Interstellar Asteroid is 'like Nothing Seen Before'
A few weeks ago, something surprising happened when astronomers noticed an odd object moving quickly through the Solar System. Being on a large looping trajectory, it was first thought to be a previously unknown comet, but then calculations showed that it couldn't have originated from within the Solar System, it must have come from somewhere else. Follow-up observations also showed that it was more like an asteroid, rather than a comet. Now, astronomers have published their most detailed findings yet, and this object, named 'Oumuamua (Hawaiian, meaning scout or messenger coming from the past), is "like nothing seen before."

Four 'Star Wars' Memories That Have Helped to Define Me as a Person and a Film Fan
To me, Star Wars defines why I love movies. Firstly, of course, it's the escapism, which diving into such a vast, detailed and fascinating fictional universe offers. However, and perhaps more importantly, it's also the way it works as this mirror for real life moral struggles and emotions in general. You see, there is something special or refreshing about seeing these relatable themes and moments unfold in a setting, which is so far away from reality, and yet, they still feel real.

'Star Wars: Rogue One' Reshoots — Setting the Precedent
Upon hearing the news that Rogue One: A Star Wars Story is reportedly "in crisis", with Disney ordering expensive reshoots of the franchise's first spin-off, I was not worried. Reshoots have happened to many movies that, in the end, turned out great and probably just needed little tweaking. What got me slightly worried though, is the supposed reason behind the reshoots - an effort to lighten the tone of the film... a film that is supposed to be a war film.
