The Jedi Fall & The First Order Rise: 3 Flashback Scenes we Have to See in 'Star Wars Episode 8: The Last Jedi'!
Star Wars: The Force Awakens relaunched the Star Wars franchise for a new era, introducing us to a Galaxy Far, Far Away that's radically changed. The Empire may have fallen, but the First Order has risen from its ashes, plunging the Galaxy into darkness once again! The relaunched franchise has been supported by a range of canon comics and novels, but the intriguing thing is that those tie-ins have avoided showing us certain key moments. There's only one possible reason; with rumors of flashbacks in Star Wars: The Last Jedi, surely these three key scenes have to be reserved for the films?

Get Ready For The Next Star Wars Comic Book Event: "The Screaming Citadel"!
When Marvel Comics got back the license for Star Wars, it didn't take long for them to launch a phenomenally successful comic book range. The main book was Star Wars, written by Jason Aaron and set during the period between A New Hope and The Empire Strikes Back. Aaron's run has continually been backed up by Kieron Gillen, whose Darth Vader ongoing came to an end last year, but was replaced by the new ongoing Doctor Aphra. Now, in an exciting twist, Marvel has just announced their next big Star Wars event: a crossover between Star Wars and Doctor Aphra called "The Screaming Citadel"!

A New Hope pitted a desperate Rebellion against the military might of the Empire, with Mark Hamill's Luke Skywalker launching a desperate mission against the Death Star. That mission had one critical problem, though — one that's been mocked ever since A New Hope. Now, incredibly, #RogueOne has actually subtly rewrote the events of A New Hope, and in doing so, resolved the greatest problem in the entire Star Wars franchise!

Star Wars: Marvel's Rogue One Comic Adaptation Will Exclusively Reveal Deleted Scenes from the Movie!
By any measure, Rogue One was a tremendous success. The Star Wars universe has expanded in a remarkable way, proving that spinoff movies can work just as well as the core Skywalker Saga films. But there was one odd thing about Rogue One; for all we saw buildup to the movie in novels, there were no tie-in comics. These were ordered — but mysteriously canceled. At the very least, though, it seems that Marvel Comics is about to publish a comic adaptation of the film — with some exclusive goodies!

Who is Supreme Leader Snoke? Introduced in The Force Awakens, the powerful being behind the First Order is a riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma. The novelization of The Force Awakens revealed that Snoke witnessed the rise and fall of the Galactic Empire from afar, that he watched the New Republic's birth pains, and that he focused his attentions particularly on Ben Solo.
