A Witch's Guide to Faeries
If an object were to go missing in your house and you can’t find it anywhere there is a possibility that faries took it. They like shiny or pretty things for themselves or their homes. To get this object back I suggest writing a small note to the fairies asking for this object back and explain its importance. Leave the note out and/or around the area that the object was last seen. Don’t forget to leave an offering for the fairies, though. In the note tell them that they can have the offering in exchange for the missing object. Usually the fae will accept pressed flowers, herbs, jewelry, nuts and seeds, fresh flowers, berries, shiny or pretty stones, or milk and bread. If you have left one offering and the switch has not been made try leaving a different offering as different fae like different things and it might simply not appeal to that particular fairy or type of fae. Remember to always be respectful in your letter or notes. If the object is not returned, then perhaps you lost it somewhere else or the fae are simply being dicks.

Why Are We Hairless?
We are called the naked ape because we show more skin than any other primate. The gentleman in the picture appears hairless, but we know his hair has been removed for the shot. However, it may surprise you to know that we have just as many hair follicles as a chimpanzee. Our hair is just finer and much shorter. So why do we show so much more skin than any other primate?

Top 10 'Doctor Who' Episodes (Revived Series Only)
Honorable Mention: 'The Impossible Planet'/'The Satan Pit' — Series 2 Episodes 8 & 9 Where Angels Fear to Tread A truly unique episode which traps The Doctor and Rose in the orbit of a black hole, something which is is theoretically impossible, according to The Doctor. That impossibility along with the language so old that even the TARDIS can't translate it immediately evokes intrigue and curiosity from the get go. The classic two-part episode is full of twists and turns along the way as The Doctor comes face to face with something he previously refused to acknowledge the existence of; Satan himself.

Writing Science Fiction
I am by no means an expert at writing science fiction; I have only just started writing my first science fiction novel, but I have done a lot of research and practice to get me to this point. Science fiction is a genre that I steered away from for most of my life because I didn't think I would like it - I thought it was too science-y, and didn't have relatable characters or plots that I would find interesting.

Returning to Eden
ENTRY #1: They were absorbed by the light as soon as the sun rose into the existence of human life. Their souls were sucked away, the essence of their lives twirling into a tornado. Their bodies laid there while flowers blossomed around their rapidly decaying physical entity. The smell of lavender and citrus filled the air while they soon were gone from this world. This was something that happened here every day. We were all given a date when we would lay on the ground and wait for the sun so that we could ascend to The Beyond. No one knew why this happened, but no one questioned it either. It was part of our life and the world accepted it. Watching the flowers bloom was my favorite part; I can no longer look at a flower anymore without feeling despair. After the flowers grew from their rotting flesh, the cycle of Ascension was complete and they were gone forever. I watched this happen every day for many years, waiting for the day that I could participate. Unfortunately, I never got to experience such bliss. April 17, 2095 was the date for my Ascension. The year is now 2099 and everyone on this planet has ascended. I am the last of this world.

Solipsism: The Easy Version
Whether it be a core belief, an edgier option to chose amongst a sea of nihilistic millennials, or a coping mechanism, you may have found yourself identifying as someone who either outright believes that the universe and all that (appears to) exists around them is merely inside of their mind, or you simply acknowledge that you can’t know for sure that anything other than you and your existence actually exists. If you think you might be one of these people, but just can’t seem to articulate your views, this article is here to help you out, you budding little solipsist, you. If you’re not one of these people, stick around anyway... please.

Eradicate - Part 1
The body was not disturbed for what looked like a week. The fingers and arms appeared black while oozing an orange fluid. Preliminary observations suggest a male in his mid to upper 50s. There appears to be lacerations in the abdominal region suggestive of an animal attack. Makes sense based on his clothing and the nature of where he was found, rural Idaho. The appendages feel like jelly and begin to tear, revealing more of the orange fluid along with a black discharge mixed in. Collection of the discharge was taken for further analysis. Interesting how the consistency of the body feels. Like that of a sea slug when touched in a tide pool. The soft slimy texture of the skin was otherworldly. As if he was inside of an animal’s stomach and then regurgitated. Notable as well is the smell of the individual, different from other bodies in this condition. The smell represents a combination of sourness and sweetness like that of a low-quality men’s cologne.

One Man's Trash...
Amid the bustle of the market, the flurry of skirts and legs and tails, was trash. It littered the streets, and like cholesterol in a humanoid's artery, sometimes it blocked off entire alleyways, dumpsters hidden so far beneath the detritus that not even the arachnarats could nest there. That didn't mean, however, that they wouldn't glut themselves on the bountiful feast and nesting fodder that the passersby carelessly tossed. It was somewhere amid that mess of debris that an odd sort of life blinked in to existence, one moment there and in the next...
