'Doctor Who': "Old Soldiers" Review
Between 2007 and 2014 (and the occasional release since), Big Finish Productions released an extraordinary range of Doctor Who stories. Focused on the first four Doctors, the Companion Chronicles focused on the traveling companions to those Doctors either no longer with us or not working with the company at the time. It was a chance for lesser served characters like Steven Taylor or Liz Shaw to shine in their own stories. It was also a chance for better-known characters (and their actors) to show a different side, such as with Nicholas Courtney's Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart in the December 2007 release "Old Soldiers."

Global Warming
In recent years, global warming has become a bit of a problem to the world around us. With rising sea levels, ice caps melting, and to even potentially bringing back the plague! Now you may be asking yourself, what is global warming and why does it affect me? Well, here is the thing: Global warming is a gradual increase in temperature of the Earth's atmosphere. Meaning, it slowly warms up the Earth. To simplify this even further, when baking a cake or cooking dinner, you need to preheat the oven in order to get it to its desired temperature. As of right now, the Earth is still preheating and warming up.

'Doctor Who': "Arachnids In The UK" Review
Warning: Potential spoilers for the episode below. Having established the new look, feel, and tone of the series, and a noteworthy trip back to 1955 Alabama, showrunner Chris Chibnall takes his TARDIS crew back home to Sheffield. This trip back home for the Time Lord's human companions isn't anything new. After all, Russell T. Davies did so with Rose Tyler and Martha Jones in the earliest years of New Who. It's a way of grounding the program, and its lead characters, in something akin to the real world. Albeit one with, as the title might suggest, giant spiders!

I will discuss what "Climate Change" and "Global Warming" really mean and how it is affecting our animals, landscapes, and ecosystems. I will also be looking at which countries are to blame for this and which ones need to desperately change their ways.

Dragon Lance - Prelude
Three Years Prior A door slammed behind hurried footsteps as they rushed toward their destination. Through the foyer, they entered a small walkway that divided two rooms in the home. Turning to their right, after a few steps, they flung open another door revealing a flight of steps that descended to the basement. With heavy footsteps they bolted down into the depths of their home, jumping to the platform as their feet missed the last four steps. Their body twisted, turning to their left and jetted off through another room, only taking a second to stop and open yet another door as it flung open and a young boy of twelve stood firmly with his hand lifted high over his head, a bag in his hand.

Life with Superpowers
Most, if not all super powers give the individual an advantage over the rest of humanity. If someone woke up with superpowers, perhaps after a classic lab experiment or awakened mutant D.N.A, how would their day go and what would they do with their new found power? Whatever they choose to do with it depends on their abilities. X-ray vision could help a doctor find an injury or assist the police in a crime scene. But, having an ability like techopathy instantly makes that individual the most powerful being on the planet. Such beings with extraordinary abilities may have a tremendous influence on our world. That may range from becoming a beacon of hope to being the physical embodiment of the apocalypse.

Review of 'Manifest' 1.5
Finally, a glimmer of progress in understanding what is going on in Manifest, in Monday's episode 1.5, just a glimmer. It comes from Cal, who becomes the first of the passengers on the flight that skipped ahead in time to not hear an instructive voice, but be the speaker of that voice. His father Ben is the one who hears it.
