Always Tell Aliens You are the Supreme Leader
If I was approached by aliens in the middle of nowhere and asked me who the leader of the world was, I would definitely say it’s me. Yes, I would tell aliens that I am the leader of the world and that I was overthrown by our current government, along with all the other governments in the world. Of course, my story would be quite compelling.

Cleaning up the Ocean
Many people might not know, but plastic has been important for human evolution, and we use it for multiple things. The problem with plastic is that it doesn’t just disappear; it sticks around for hundreds of years and sometimes it ends up in the natural environment, mostly on the ocean. Plastics can get to the ocean in different ways; for example, the rain and winds can drag plastics to the ocean, but that’s not the only way they can get to the ocean, another common way is through storm drains. When plastics reach the ocean, they never break down completely, instead they turn into really small pieces called microplastics that can be dangerous for marine life. A study run by the Monterey Bay Aquarium shows that small ocean animals are consuming microplastic particles; yes, those are the same ocean creatures that we consume. These microplastic particles mainly come from consumer products like plastic water bottles and product packaging, but not all plastics in the ocean get to break down into microplastics, sometimes plastics end up being eaten by large ocean animals, which is really dangerous for them because their digestive system can get clogged up. Once their digestive system is clogged up, the animal stops receiving the nutrition that they need and end up dying with their stomachs full of plastic (“Plastic pollution”). I believe we should become more aware of the problems that plastics are bringing to the ocean and worry about finding a way to take plastics out of the ocean and planning on what to do with those plastics after they out of the ocean.

“Do you really care?”
As children, Do you ever recall looking at the sun, Just staring straight at it, Because it was so beautiful. Almost as if it was something that seemed so surreal.. Soon the sun will be blocked out by clouds, We someday won’t be able to see the gorgeous sun anymore and the earth will fall into pure darkness but “Oh, It doesn’t matter!” Or maybe you were more into nature, The trees, The gorgeous forest. Climbing trees was an absolute blast, The leaves with the sap clinging to the hands of any child who dared to climb. Climbing as high as you could go and hanging upside down. Soon the trees will be upside down, Burned to the ground with the ashes of childhood laughter. Because the forest fires dont seem to matter to anybody who doesn’t care. Or maybe you were more into the ocean or ponds! The gleam of the sun as it hits the gentle waves, Creating a gorgeous view. As the water hits your face a smile could show as you realize just how beautiful it is. The sand or dirt at the bottom, Fun to hold and play with aswell. Soon, The oceans will be so polluted with trash and garbage that swimming will no longer be allowed. The oceans we once loved will no longer be oceans, They will be toxic waste dumps. What about the sweet innocent animals that inhabit that ocean? Oh them? Well you see, They’re gonna die. If the toxicity of the trash doesn’t get to them the actual trash will, And as the trash fills up the Ocean they will eat it. Thinking “Food!” But sadly they would be mistaken, They would eventually die from plastic intake, But who cares right? What about the star watching? An absolute favorite, Admiring the beauty of the stars above. As the glimmer and shine the true beauty is shown as an absolute masterpiece. Connecting stars or maybe counting them to see if we could find out how many there are. Soon, We won’t be able to see the stars at all. They will be invisible and every night as the sun sets the sky will turn black, Not sparkly, Pure black. Due to the pollution levels in the atmosphere the stars will be all gone! Because you couldn’t pick up your chip bag and decided “Someone else will do it for me.” Now the people who loved the stars cannot love them any longer. But, Who cares right? You remember playing at the parks right? Oh the excellent parks! Each piece of equipment designed for a child’s enjoyment. Monkey bars, Slides, Little tunnels all designed to make laughter come out. As the sun gleamed on the equipment it almost seemed nastolgic. But soon, Children won’t be able to play on those playgrounds anymore.. Air pollution will beat them to it! Maybe they won’t even be able to leave their houses, Because they’d become so sick from the pollution that they would die. But... Who cares... Right? People are always putting people out, “Oh, You have no idea what you’re talking about!” But in reality, Some of us know exactly what’s going on. And to be honest, It’s sad. It’s really, really sad. Seeing how our earth is slowly going down and soon how it’ll be nothing but simply dirt and rubble, Let’s get a little deeper. You know the place you call safe? Well soon the place you think is safe won’t be safe, Because nukes or bombs will hit it, Making it so radiated and toxic that it’s no longer “Safe”. You know the place we call school? Well soon we won’t be able to attend school. Because all the diseases spread through the air will reach us before we can get to the school and they will knock us out like a group of bullies. You know the place you call “Home”? Well, Soon your “home”, Will be nothing but ashes and dirt. Because either the fires or nukes will reach it or the outbreak of rebellion will. You know the place we call “Earth”? Soon... Soon, There will be no such thing, It’ll be like a made up fantasy. You’ll recall how beautiful it looked, But compared to what it’s come too... You’ll realize something, The earth died. The sad thing is we had a chance to save it... But not enough people wanted too... Not enough people could gather up the strength and courage to say “Let’s save this planet!!” Because not enough people cared. Not enough people even realized what was happening. However, Too many people put kids and adults down who were trying to speak out the truth. Blinded by the sad reality that in fact, The earth was dead. And by the time it is dead, There will be nothing we can do. Because not enough people cared.

Space Girl
2533 - 3/10 – Space Journal – Swimming Bird. It has been a month after I finished studying at Mars I University. I was able to get a decent grade, since then, I’ve been floating around earth. My mother sent me a message the other day, it was about another stupid family reunion.I really don’t want to go. Not because of my parents but because of the rest of the family, aunts and uncles, cousins, waiting for grandma to die.
