Waking up in the morning is still there. People sleep at night, wake up in the morning. The sleep cycle is still there, but nothing else is.

You don’t brush your teeth

Dentists have invented gel packed teeth covers which look exactly like normal teeth, but internally it will clean teeth and gums, and you can still do your normal eating and drinking. You don’t need to go for dental visits every year. You just need to wear these false teeth whenever you can, many people just wear it at night and then remove it after waking up. These teeth gears have sensors which will send all data to the dentist office regularly. If any anomaly is detected, the dentist will send a programming back to your teeth piece, and the device will adjust itself to get your issue fixed. You will never notice all this. If you want, you can get alerts at your mobile device though.

Of mobile devices

There are no mobile phones anymore, I guess this is a natural evolution which we all know is inevitable. Wearable devices will take care of everything. It can be a wristwatch, or a necklace, anything in any form you want. And yes, it is no longer what the manufactures provide, you can customize everything based on your personal taste and needs. Making a call, or reading text messages or emails, or doing group chat is all driven through voice commands and gestures, whatever you want. This is essentially your digital personal assistant.

People don’t cook anymore

Cooking is a luxury. There are no grocery stores also. You can select what you want to eat, and your digital personal assistant will identify the recipe, order the items and it will be delivered to your home or apartment. You no longer get whole fruits or vegetables. Everything is sliced, diced, and packaged to your needs. Due to scarcity of food, nothing is sent to waste. So, what you don’t need, will be used for something else. Sometimes, you order food from food factories too. Restaurants are luxury. If you order food online, most of the times it is coming from huge food making factories. These factories are vacuum sealed to reduce any kind of contamination, and robots make your food. You need to be rich if you want to eat food cooked by real human chefs.

Delivery service

Delivery happens through drones. Some drones fly, some drive, some walk. But no human any more does any kind of delivery work, its all done by robots. Take the items from the boxes and leave the box there. A robot will come and pick it up from your home. If you need to return anything, it’s same just ask your digital assistant and it will inform the company who will dispatch a robot to leave a box for returns.

Transport

Well, robots are doing delivery, so of course they will drive cars and other transport mediums like plane and ship. Ship is for the rich people and is only used to leisure purpose if one can afford. City travel is generally done by self-driving cars. And city to city can be done via self-driving planes. There are no trains anymore because railway tracks can’t be maintained anymore as large places of earth in between cities are toxic due to chemical warfare or virus contamination. It’s safe to travel by air. There are super-fast cars driving through special magnetic roads, and there are flying cars too driving through designated air areas. It depends on what you can afford, yes flying cars cost a bit more.

Shopping malls

Shopping is a prime area of virtual reality. If you want to buy a cloth or furniture, you visit the store using virtual reality. Essentially, from your home you call the store, and then open a virtual lane for you. Now you can walk around as if you are right in the store or mall. If you want to try a shirt or dress, pick it up and the virtual reality computer will project an image of you wearing that exact dress in a virtual mirror. Don’t like the color, just say which color you want, and it will change automatically. Rich people do still get to go to some crazy expensive shopping arenas though. So, if you are shopping designer items, or diamonds, you can go see them in person. But other than that, every other shopping is pretty much virtual.

Human augmentation

Human beings are now no longer dependent on nature for evolution. Thanks to advanced medical science, artificial intelligence and genetic engineering, humans can now augment themselves from within and my adding synthetic enhanced body parts. Do you like to run or maybe you lost your leg due to an accident or you are old and got knee joint pain? Well, don’t worry – you can get a new pair of legs which can be made of titanium and stitched to your body, your body never even realizing due to advanced genetic engineering, no one ever realizing because from outside they look exactly like your old real legs thanks to advanced medical science. Are you in a profession which requires you to do many statistical analysis or mathematical calculations – don’t worry, you can get yourself a boost my adding an AI chip in your brain which can help you do complicated processing in a blink of an eye – you no longer need to be dependent on a computer which sits outside, you don’t have to type – it’s embedded in your brain or any other part of the body fully integrated with your neural network – you think, and it gets done.

Future

The future is even more exciting. Earth is not the only place in the universe. And human beings are not alone. Human beings as a race has been preparing for too long to venture out in the vast universe. Human beings as a species has advanced and evolved to a degree that now they need a higher source for greater power and creativity.
