From May 10th to June 3rd Venus will transit through Gemini. During this time, it’s wise to stay away from romantic endeavours. And do not contact your ex, I saw you check their social media last week.

Venus rules over love, pleasures, and aesthetics. Venus will fill you like a cup, but don’t let anyone sip from it. This period of transit should be focused on self-love before giving it to anyone else.

Will retrograde hurt me?

The term has been used to mean negative so often, it’s lost meaning to some. For you, I want to explain. Retrograde means moving backward, and this is just when a planet is viewed as moving backward in its orbit.

What you need to be mindful of is the planet going into retrograde, or the planet going backward. You already know to be mindful of Venus for the next week and pour yourself into self-love.

From May 30th to June 23rd Mercury becomes retrograde. Now, Gemini, you are ruled by Mercury, and often people consider you by the personal trait, mercurial. This might mean fickle to some, but between us, this represents your ability to adapt and change in situations. You're not one way or another. You're the entire six sides of a die, and you'll live in that truth of wearing many hats to fit different situations and being around different people.

Mercury rules language and communication. During this period of retrograde, you might find yourself clashing more with other signs, typically earth signs who by nature are grounded and will find your fast flighty nature impossible to be around.
