Note to self: don't be a whore
Oops, I did it again. I clutched to sex work and variations thereof at the first sign of uncertainty – or, at the first attempt at independence. I want a certain lifestyle, and I know what I need to do to afford it…and once again, after perusing sugar daddy dating I find myself more comfortable with full-blown prostitution than with the more insidious whoring of my real self that is sugar babying.

Loud Sex is the Best Sex! Ahh
When my husband and I lived in our first apartment, I was forever in fear of disturbing the neighbors when we had sex. Our walls were incredibly thin, and we often heard conversations and TV's as we walked the halls of our complex, so I assumed people could hear us have sex. While we lived there sex became kind of "blah", which is a cardinal sin in our marriage, so we would often go have sex in our car to spice things up and make as much noise as we wanted. Being loud just makes it more exciting somehow! Now I'm not saying gurgle and scream like a porn actor, but I would suggest just letting loose a little bit and allowing yourself to really express what you feel. My husband LOVES it when I am loud. It is one of the things that 'gets him there'.

How Do I Tell My Partner What I Need in Bed?
It may be hard for women to have the confidence to ask what we actually need in bed, even if it is only asking our partners that we need "more" of what they are doing — especially while we are with someone young. We may not want to damage the feelings of our partners, but we do not want to feel like we are a bother for not being aroused and ready for a second notice. Getting what you need in bed is of extreme importance because it can lead to devastating consequences.

Women Sleeping Naked
Women Sleeping Naked Truth Women, sleeping naked is more than just a sexual thing. Yes, I know a lot of you women sleep naked anyway, but so many don’t; or think it is just a sexual or seduction technique. Truth is that sleeping naked is even a healthier choice, because it allows for unrestricted blood flow while you rest. In terms of a relationship or sensual side of it all, it is still an outstanding idea. So much more results from it than just the obvious sexual allure.

Take Care of Yourself
I'm what you would call an early bloomer -- breasts at the age of 8 or 9, menstruating at the age of 11, and accidentally discovering masturbation at the age of 12. (Ladies, if you've never tried it, I highly recommend investing in a good shower head!)
