In his book Gatecrasher, gossip columnist Ben Widdicombe described Madonna as a near-perfect interview. She knows how to give the media, concisely and efficiently, precisely what they need to get a good story. He said other stars would try to be kind, aloof, or thoughtful. But Madonna was a rare breed who knew precisely the image she wanted to put out and the messages that would convey it. He said his interactions with Madonna were always brief but gave him precisely what he needed for a good story.

You never know how someone you see will impact your life in such a substantial way. During May 2020, while I was laying in my dorm room bed scrolling TikTok, a video of an exotic dancer came on my feed. That was the first time becoming a pole dancer ever crossed my mind. I was, and frankly still am, a broke college student, in the middle of a pandemic, thinking of ways I could make money. Moments later I searched "can fat people pole" in my Google search bar. After looking through the articles and videos that came up from my search I found a video of Roz Mays, also known as "Roz the Diva". Seeing a plus size black woman on the pole was astonishing. I was beyond impressed with the skills that Roz possessed along with the fact that someone who looked like me was a dancer. Unfortunately this was during the strict part of lockdown where gyms and studios were closed and I was forced to forget about being a dancer for the time being.

A few of them on ropes ready to swing over and start a fight when all of a sudden and massive green glow illuminated Bam Bam’s ship and created a shield. Bam Bam turned to see the Blacksmith’s daughter glowing a bright white and emanating the green to protect the ship as it passed through. Bam Bam knew that glow, was it Shareen protecting them during their voyage? It couldn’t be, she was with her dragons! Bam Bam slowly walked toward the Blacksmith’s daughter and reached out to touch her, she opened her eyes and said, “If you touch me you will die.” Then closed her eyes again and continued to shield their ship until it was safely away from the pirates.
