Banana Popsicle
There she sat across from me that gorgeous red-head I had seen on several occasions right here at the 'Cafe del Orio'. She was engaged in a deep conversation with a sexy blonde, haired young lady, and every time I peeked over the edge of my newspaper they would giggle. I watched those sexy young ladies for a while before returning to the article I had been reading.

Come Fly with me
A cool dry wind whispered across the sand. It was one of a rare, few Iraqi nights when it was neither unbearably hot, nor cold. The crisp, clear sky held so many stars that only a fool would dare attempt to count them. Nestled among them rode the new crescent moon, looking like the crown of a Goddess, the points of its curve extending to the heavens. This and more framed a lone grounded airplane of the former regime, angled helplessly into the moonlight. Her curves were as elegant as her purpose was lethal, an SU-27, the last bold hurrah of the Soviet Military Industry. Office Encounter
Sussane was middle-aged at the time, and single dates were non-existant and it seemed like she would never get laid. All the available men either drank heavily, or were obese; out of shape, couch potatoes. She on the other hand was a fit, adventrous gal perfering to be in nature. She liked to swim, sky-dive, mountain-climb, back-country ski, hike, kayak, canoe. To be honest she was an adrenaline junkie.

Merlot, Movie and a Massage
Rae was so busy with work that she didn't mind me staying at her place after my breakup with Josh. Try as I might I couldn't shake the images of him cheating on me. She had a comfy two bedroom apartment. I could have just found an apartment since my savings was very cushioned but she insisted knowing I didn't want to really be alone. Oftentimes she worked late and after having plenty of overnight house guests of my own, I knew exactly what not to do to be an annoying one. So after spending a week at her place and listening to her stressful week while on a call with her I knew she would just want to come home to relax and watch a nice movie til we drifted off.
