Whispers in the Static
Some signals are better left unheard
By LucianPublished 9 months ago • 1 min read

I was scanning the radio late one night, half-asleep, when I stumbled onto a station filled with static.
Through the crackling, I heard voices—whispering my name.
I laughed it off, thinking it was interference.
But when I turned the radio off, the whispers continued, now inside my room.
When I finally fell asleep, I dreamt of shadowy figures standing around my bed, whispering secrets I wasn't supposed to hear.
I woke up to find the words "DON'T LISTEN" scratched into the wall above my head.
