Eyes That See Internally (Thank you momma for being my inspiration)
Little four-pound Johnny Vitelli was born nine weeks premature. His mom called him her little runt. But she didn’t realize that Johnny was blind and with weak legs. He was brought into a world of pain and darkness.
Johnny had an ability that no one could see. He was able to feel vibrations and subtle shifts around him.
He relied on a walker to get around. The kids at school ridiculed him calling him “Robot Legs” and “Slowpoke.” Bothered by this Johnny withdrew into solitude, honing senses that evolved as he grew older.
By the age of 15, Johnny could anticipate movement and distant tremors and sense emotions like fear or anger. Johnny learned to map his surroundings through subliminal and subconscious sensations.
One day, Johnny experienced a severe asthma attack, landing in the ICU where he was put on a ventilator. A power surge hit the hospital which sent electrical waves through Johnny’s ventilator that put him into a state of shock. In a matter of minutes, he flatlined. His prognosis was bleak. The doctor placed the defibrillator paddles on his chest. Nothing happened so he increased the electrical charge and tried again. The shock was so intense that Johnny's entire body began to convulse. Within a matter of seconds, his heart was beating and his breathing restored.
When Johnny awoke, his body and senses were transformed. His legs were stronger, his senses were heightened, and his perception was extraordinary. He could read people’s minds and foresee situations before they happened.
Though his eyes remained sightless, Johnny’s new extrasensory powers gave him the insight to navigate the world with precision and outwit even the most sinister foes. In that ICU, VibrationMan was born, ready to fight the darkest evils with powers far beyond sight.

I met Jason when I was five years old. I could say that I loved him from the moment I saw him. He was so handsome to me and I felt in awe by his presence. When they introduced him as the new kid in school, I wanted to be his friend right away. I remember it like it was yesterday. I remember his smile and how he didn't seem shy. He appeared confident and ready to learn. I waved at him and said "hello," before anyone else could even say a word. He sat next to me, and I asked him if he wanted to be friends. He looked so happy as he said, "Yes!"
