The flash of the camera captured the happy pair. Together, they blended in a romantic mix of hugs, laughs, and kisses.
"Alright, let's take another." The photographer adjusted his lens and lined up the perfect shot. "Big smiles." Though he didn’t need to tell them that.
He checked the photo on his screen. They were the perfect couple. Maybe they’d hire him for their inevitable wedding.
[smile]
Roy, when we met, I saw you as something otherworldly. I want to be with you forever. Even if you don’t love me as much as I do you. I never want us to separate. This all so much for my heart. Oh, how can I show you how much I care for you?
[smile]
Sarah, I am overjoyed by how easy it has been. I see now that we are more similar than I first thought. Perhaps we can cook together next time instead of taking it in turns. I think it would be more enjoyable being together in the kitchen, growing closer to each other.
[smile]
Roy, I truly love you. No one will ever love you as much as I do. I have never felt like this before; never had anything akin to so deep a relationship. Oh, be still my heart. What film shall we watch next? Anything you like. Maybe I can make you a delicious meal? You like pizza, don't you?
Roy, my love?
[smile]
Sarah, I hurt you again. The tears didn't lie, but your voice did. No cracks this time. Only false resilience.
Do you remember how sunny it was when we met? It was blinding, yet you stared at me like I was the moon who had fallen to Earth.
You insist on feeding me, you insist on bathing me, you insist on doing everything. Is this love? Is this your love?
As my chains rattle, as the shackles bind my wrists and ankles, I sit and wait for when you next come to speak with me. Will it be a meal, a forced conversation, or will it be another film you want us to watch? It does not matter.
Your obsession is great. I knew you were behind me with that frying pan. I knew you wanted me so much you'd show your true self eventually. Now, you hide me away in your basement.
But my obsession is far greater. I will show you what my love is. You think my thoughts have been on escape these three months? There is only thing I want - the one desire I've had since the day we met. Now, with the law on my side, you’ve made it so easy. With punishment nigh impossible... I can finally kill you. Sweet, little Sarah. You were dead the moment you laid eyes on me.
Don't think of it as inhumane. Don't think me crazy. Don’t think me a murderer.
Just think if it as a statistic. The first of many, many more.
Shh. Sleep now, my love.

Euan - I admit I do not like to read scary things. But I chose this one, and double Psycho - Wow
Omg, so psycho!! I was not expecting that! How scary.
Oh, wow! I started reading and was a little bit expecting one psycho. After the first [smile], I was pleased to find out I was right. Continued and BAM! The second one—I did not expect that! I loved it!
As soon as this part started, "[smile] Sarah, I hurt you again. The tears didn't lie, but your voice did. No cracks this time. Only false resilience." I began to understand what's happening! 😃 I mean, wow! They way you've blended obsession, love, and murder in a smooth and loveable conversation -- I'm amazed! It's chilling, for sure!
Oh, such a chilling tale. Double psycho
Beautifully creepy!
