Ah, the joy of Christmas morning, waking up and rushing to the tree to find the gifts from Santa under the tree. There is nothing like the pure exhilaration from the adrenaline rush of ripping open your presents to find that Santa, that Jolly Old Good elf, had brought you the ITEM on your Christmas List. That feeling of exaltation as you show off your new treasures to anyone who will listen.
But what if you received things from somebody else's wish list instead? Or even worse, you received gifts from the parents’ wish list for you? Or worse yet, nothing under the tree at all?
That happened one year, the year that Santa went insane. It was a horrible year for all the kids. The elves tried to control the damage, but Santa had already caused severe damage.
You see, no kid got any gifts from their list. Billy got a doll instead of a monster RC truck. Sally got a monster RC truck instead of a doll. Poor Ian got a thigh master. Lester got a cookbook. Susan received a brand-new shovel. Poor Lou, Theo, and Laura got nothing. And the list went on and on.
The poor elves tried and tried; they just couldn’t keep up with Santa’s mistakes this year. It was like the old fool had gone senile this year and forgotten how to do his job. The errors were too big for Magic to fix this year.
The mistakes lead to so much confusion and dissatisfaction from the kids expecting a good Christmas. So much sadness that year.
Since then, the elves have trained one of their own as a psychiatrist to ascertain Santa’s mental abilities before he goes out and delivers gifts to the good little boys and girls.

It's me. I'm Santa 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Also, quick question, what's a thigh master? Loved your story!
Sometimes it could be fun to expect a give that was not on my list. I find it fun sometimes to play with my brothers’ Christmas toys 🎄🎅🏽Merry Christmas Mother Combs
So funny!
