THE UNCHASED DREAM - 1

Kalpana and Lakshmi, like two fallen stars, danced through the sun-dappled lanes on their way to school. Kalpana whose father was a fisherman always used to go to catch fishes by crossing a dense forest. Kalpana often asks her father about appearance of monsters and ghost. Kalpana was very enthusiastic girl and a brilliant student. She always ask to her friend Lakshmi about Monsters and Ghost, as Lakshmi's father is a priest in the temple of village, he had a lot of books about religion and mythological creatures. Kalpana used to study about "ASURA" and "PISACH".

Her friend Lakshmi was a very practical person, she had a believe that this kind of thing only exists in the books and scriptures and she strongly opposes the belief of Kalpana.

Kalpana ponders that these monsters are real and maybe they were on earth at the time of Satayuga, Tretayuga and Dwaparyuga.

(In Hindu scriptures there is concept of four Yugas Satayuga which lasted for 1728000 years, Treta Yuga Lasted for 12969000 years, Dwaparyuga Lasted for 832000 years and currently it's Kaliyuga which will last for 4320000 years. )

Lakshmi Said to Kalpana " it's Kaliyuga Kalpana, here you won't find any Asura or mythological creatures", Further Lakshmi said " In this world where there is only selfishness, here only people with evil mindset are real ASURA and the pure evil thoughts are the pure form of monster who resides in the mind of humans and separate them from the good deeds and further it make humans do evil works". The thought of Laksmi is very deep and Kalpana found it intricate to decipher.

Lakshmi's thoughts were very much engaging to Kalpana, she never saw the world as Lakshmi saw, Though they used to live in the remote village but still they have access to internet, they can easily have the news of world and their on country. They were not in the ignorance of the development of the world and they were also knowing about the increment of criminal cases against women. Although they were in just standard 8th but they have decided the of their career.

Kalpana wanted to be a doctor and Lakshmi had a dream to become an I.P.S officer. Lakshmi often used to have fun by saying to Kalpana that despite having intention to be a doctor steel she believes in mythological and imaginary creatures. After completing their intermediate examination both decided to move to city for their higher education.

Kalpana's father has been saving money for the education of her daughter, and in the city Kalpana got herself enrolled in the coaching classes for the entrance exam of MBBS whereas Lakshmi perused Graduation and started preparing for civil services, Both were the first 2 people of their village who went to city for their higher education, their parents had a lot of expectation from their daughters. Kalpana had successfully cracked the entrance exam for MBBS and Lakshmi got admission in a very renowned collage and started her preparation for civil services exams. They both used to meat to each other on weekend at their favorite coffe shop and share their thoughts. Most of the time they talk about the crime against women and how to prevent it. Kalpana asked to Lakshmi about her opinion if she has a chance to kill a rap*st, Kalpana told that it is an honor for her to do so because she won't believe in Justice according to her only killing is the best option, however Lakshmi was not agree with her friend's perspective according to her for justice there is law and order.

After a very intense debate they realized that it's 10:45 PM and now they should move to their hostels, With an energetic handshake both said bye to each other and moved without knowing that it was there last meeting after that they will never meet again. Lakshmi called the cab and started heading towards her hostel despite knowing the evil intentions of the cab driver, however for the safety purpose she shared her Location to her friend Kalpana, actually it's their self rule that whenever they have to go by any Auto or Cab at Night, Will share there location to each other
