The Order Of The Grandiers

There once lived a boy in the town of Smitten whose name was admired and revered. He was handsome, strong, and admired by everyone in the kingdom. He fought for the king and was a knight of the order. Few including himself did not realize that he was chosen.

You see Aniachus was chosen to be the garner of the knight of the society of the grandiers. However, he did not know that he was selected for such a duty. He often joked around with his fellow knights and talked about how no one could outmatch him for he was the greatest warrior in the kingdom, he was soon to eat his words.

For it was in the night that the tazerack appeared in the sky to select an individual for this task that was to determine the dawn of time and young Aniachus was perfectly suitable for this position.

While Aniachus was traveling to his home on the north hill, he saw this mysterious man clothed in a black and gold cloak with a sword. Aniachus was offended that this man was in his yard and stated, "get of out of my yard at once before I withdraw my sword, and when I do that you will regret it".

Once the man heard this he smiled stating in his head "oh Aniachus you stubborn and proud boy you have a lot to learn, do you realize that you are no match for me, I won't strike you the hardest I can younger brother. As Aniachus did not realize that he was about to fight his elder brother.

After he stated this Aniachus dashed through his yard with his sword aiming for the man's neck. However, the man's sword was not of typical normality as it could target any attack instantaneously and Leanises was an excellent sword wielder

Aniachus's sword quickly hit Leanises sword with great impact however, Leanises powers outmatched that of Aniachus so immensely that the sword turned to gold and lightning struck Aniachus and he immediately dropped not knowing that this powerful sword itself was not a weapon that a typical soldier carried. Once Aniachus dropped, he got up and tried to strike Leanises again however he was too weak and Leanises saw that he was trying and gently lifted him up.

Aniachus in tears stated "who are you?," Leanisese looking at him in pity stated I am the thane of the knight of grandeirs, you are a great warrior Aniachus, however, you have much to learn. Come with me, I will not hurt you any longer.

A thane was a very powerful member of the grandiers, however, Aniachus did not realize that he was a part of this class of ranking. As he was a beautiful male with gold eyes and brownish hair, However, he was of shorter stature than Leanises as he was only seventeen years old and Leanises twenty years old.

Aniachus was stunned by Leanisese looks for he had broad shoulders black hair and golden eyes, Aniachus had golden eyes as well but with a brown hair texture, but there was something unique about Leanises looks as he did not look like that of a typical man, he had very dark hair and pale skin gold eyes and reddish lips it was a beautiful look. Aniachus asked gently how are you so strong? how can a sword wield so much power?

Leanisese laughed and looked at Aniachus and smiled and stated "Aniachus did the King of Smitten ever tell you where you were truly from or who I am my friend. "No Aniachus responded, at that moment Leanisese looked saddened and glanced at Aniachus and stated, " Aniachus I am your elder brother, you don't remember me do you."

How I have longed to search for you my brother but I could not find you until now. Aniachus being scared by this reality stated "how are you my elder brother, I thought that I came from the town of Smitten. Leanisese looked at him gently and stated "Aniachus when you were young there was a great war between the grandeirs and the spurns, because of this mother and father fought hard to keep them away from our gates, however, it did not last. The spurns advanced past our gates and struck our mother and father in the neck and they dropped dead.

Knowing that It would not be safe, I carried you far from our lands to the town of Smitten and asked King Calisee to take care of you as he knew how gruesome the spurns were. The war lasted for several months and during that time the king kept you hidden in the town of Smitten and not even the guards could know who you were as me and the King suspected that the spurns could have even reached Smitten and killed you.

As the years went by Aniachus, you're past must have been forgotten as you adapted to life in Smitten, however, this was never truly your home it was more of a safe house. The truth is Aniachus had you stayed with the grandeirs in our land you would have been just as powerful or more powerful than I myself. The sword that I battled you with was not of normal origin. You see my brother, the grandeirs have powers and physical characteristics that no one else has including other societies, as soon as I saw your hair and eyes I knew you were a part of our society as no typical boy would have those forms of looks.

You do not realize your powers Aniachus as I have been observing you for years and even saw you fight your battles you have great strength as you were originally part of the grandeirs as they have extreme physical strength and are stronger than the typical male, this is what makes you such a warrior. However, the tazerack a powerful stick has sent its glaire in the sky from our lands and selected you as it did not select anyone else amongst our people as garner of knights. As you begin to discover who you are your powers will become known by you as they are within you.

Aniachus stated, How can I not use my powers as you are able to weld lightning? Leanises responded "because you have not grown up amongst the grandeirs or have learned our arts because of this Aniachus you must learn what your powers are."

However, many people in our lands will be amazed by your presence we have not seen you in years Aniachus, I was only ten years old when I brought you to Smitten. Unfortunately you will have opposition as not everyone in our lands will believe that you are a grandeir.

Once Leanises found Aniachus in Smitten, they began traveling to their homeland, this would be the beginning for young Aniachus. Leanises stated "brother we will have to train you in our arts as Smittien defenses will not be useful against our enemies they are much more powerful. Aniachus was soon to learn his true identity.

Day and night Aniachus was pondering his true roots wondering who he is and what will become of him will Aniachus live up to his true potential or will he break at once. Perhaps it was the defenses of his mother or father or his own haunts in his life whatever it was Aniachus is soon to receive a rude awakening.

As Leanises was traveling, Aniachus asked "how far is the land of the granders? Leanises stated, "the land of the grandeirs is far to the north Aniachus, you see that I am wearing a black and gold cloak as soon as you get there you will need a cloak as our land can get quite cold." As they traveled day and night for four days Aniachus saw that the land of the grandeirs was beautiful. However, the gates only opened for grandeirs and other societies similar to them for no individual of a typical kingdom was allowed to enter.

Aniachus stated "Leanises how was the King of Smitten allowed to know about the grandeirs? Leanises replied "you never stop asking questions do you, King Calisee is part grander himself however, he has typical human blood and grandeir blood as well. Grandeir males and females have special blood, the color of grandeir blood is gold", at that moment Aniachus realised why his blood looked different, he was purely grandeir. Leanises stated "King Calisee had red and gold blood, however, he is not fully part of the race of grandeirs or all of his blood would be gold. The gold blood that travels throughout our bodies strengthens our muscular systems and gives us access to a deeper part of the brain making us more powerful than your regular human being. We grandeirs are also scientific beings constantly studying the human body. However, males are typically more muscular than our female counterparts which give us extreme strength.

As they were entering the gate of the grandeirs Aniachus was soon to discover what was in the unknown.
