At first, we had agreed on the route we would take, but on the way, we realized that we were circling on a road surrounded by dense mountain trees at night.

That afternoon, three friends and I had just visited Pejaten Hamlet in Temanggung Regency to collect data on natural, social, and cultural resources. After that, we prepared to continue our journey to Kebumen Regency. On the way, we stopped at an angkringan on Jalan Temanggung-Wonosobo to enjoy hot drinks and cheap food while discussing the route we would take. We have two options: a longer but more crowded route, or a faster but quieter route. We chose the faster route.

However, the night trip did not go smoothly. While on the way, Wahidah, the only woman among us, panicked because Zhur, our other friend, seemed unfocused while riding his motorcycle. We were forced to stop at a bridge and try to find the right directions. Google Maps gives two options that don't make sense: one leads to a staircase, which is obviously impossible for motorcycles to pass, and the other leads to a dirt road at the end of a residential area.

I decided to try the dirt road, but instead we stopped in front of a Javanese coffin and found that we were in the cemetery area. We immediately turned around and followed the main route back. After a stressful journey, we finally arrived at our friend's house in Langse Village. The night was long and tense, but we were relieved to make it to safety.

That evening, we spent time relaxing, enjoying coffee and chocolate, and listening to traditional songs. Although this trip was draining, we are grateful to have had a good time through this challenging night. It was an unforgettable experience, and I am so grateful to my friends who have been together on this journey.

After a tiring and stressful journey, we were finally able to rest at a friend's house in Langse Village. The night that initially felt long and full of uncertainty, has now begun to change to be more comfortable with the warmth of drinks and a more relaxed atmosphere.

As we sat and relaxed in the living room, a sense of relief began to flow between us. Friends shared stories about each other's experiences during the trip, and we all agreed that this was an unforgettable adventure. While there were moments that worried us, like when we almost got lost and found a coffin in a cemetery, it all now feels like part of a story that we will remember and laugh at in the future.

I enjoyed a warm cup of coffee while listening to the soft sound of traditional music played by our friend. The blazing melody brought a feeling of peace, and for a moment I forgot about the fear we had experienced on the previous trip. It was like being in a place away from the hustle and bustle of the city, where time went slower and everything felt simpler.

Friends also talked about their plans for the next days. Some of us will return to our respective cities, while others plan to continue our journey to other areas in Central Java. Although our goals are different, we all feel happy to meet and share these special moments together.

Before going to bed, I reflected on our journey and realized how precious these experiences were. Although not everything went smoothly, every difficulty and challenge taught us valuable lessons and strengthened the bonds of friendship. I feel fortunate to be with these great and courageous people, and I know that we will have many stories to tell others in the future.

That night, I slept feeling relieved and full of gratitude. We've been through a tough journey, but we've been through it together. And ultimately, that's what makes this experience so special.
