Hello. I am Nathanial G. Davidson. I live here in this big huge house. I am not married, but I am not alone, for a Lady in White graces my home with her presence.

I was once engaged, but my fiance couldn’t handle living in a house occupied by a ghost, so she left me.

The Lady in White means no harm. The lady is just misunderstood. She’s a lonely soul who has been alone for far too long. She’s wandered these halls for a century, constantly alone, chained to the cornerstone of this house with her untimely death, never allowed to leave.

She has eagerly awaited someone who would understand her and want to stay with her. She’s called to many a soul, but none heeded her call. Many ran from her, screaming.

Not I. I shall answer my lady’s call. I have found that I want to be with her for an eternity. She is all I crave now that I have seen her, and I will never let go.

I must go to her now. I hear her call from the widow’s walk. I can hear her cry my name over the wind and the rain. I must go to her. I must be with her at all costs.

As I near the door to the widow’s walk, I can hear the wind yowling like a banshee and the rain pounding on the rough. As I open the door, I feel the pressure of the storm trying to push me down, but I am determined to reach my lady.

I can hear her calling to me more urgently, and as I reach out to her (knowing she’s a spirit), my hands slip through her, falling and sliding over the rails.

Now, I am with my Lady in White forever and ever.
