The immortality pill promised eternal power, but a century later, VP's words are sparks of nonsense:

"Freedom is a chair with no legs!"

"Democracy is a chair with no seat!"

"Justice is a chair with no back!"

Cameras linger on his plastic face and swollen tongue. The world yawns as his grin stiffens while stumbling like a wind‑up toy.

"Come to me if you want to sit in a real chair, come."

Pills of immortality grant the freedom to suffer, leaving an overwound spectacle of rattling parts.

"Please, come."

Hell's fire gleams impatiently, waiting for dirt to choke his mainspring.
