The Green Light

I had been sent on a karmic errand to arrange pieces of old material, that has been minced and carefully reworked into myths. The Green-man of myth had appeared and told me , "Find the Green Fairy, Princess Golinda and her dragon who move as a force of nature connecting with something greater than the self.”

Golinda was an Asteroites, part of a group of repeating mirrored reflections of natural star shaped wave patterns in nature. Asteroids were produced in the dance of the cosmos. Falling stars delivered by the Greek Goddess Asteria. Star Gems such as Sapphires, Rubies Topaz, Lapis Stellaris and Moonstone, form asteria from internal reflections. Stars form in mineral deposits of dehydrated anhydrite in gypsum. Molten Antimony, slowly cooled, forms the Star Regulus.

The pentagonal star shape is found in the arrangement of the seed case of the flowers of life derived from the Rose Family. Apple, peach, strawberry, almond or other fruits are sometimes called forbidden fruit. Like knowledge or ignorance, they are a pharmakon, defined as being simultaneously a remedy and a poison, The sweet edible fruits from the trees of knowledge and wisdom of good and evil can nourish but often have poisonous seeds.

Star shaped nerve cell bodies of astrocyte glial cells in the brain and spinal cord connect nerve fibres in several species.

Golinda moves as a Koch star, a fractal curve made from binary clusters of either or decisions. Self-similar fractals, found throughout nature also form the natural primordial algorithmic dragon curve. When a strip of paper is folded in half, and then each half folded again at right angles eighteen times, a series of left and right hand chiral forms make the dragon of mythical lore appear. Fractals establish regularity in the discord of nature. The dragon forms in clouds and coastlines and the hippocampus.

In sea life, the family of Asterocytes includes Sea stars, that sometimes parasitically live on the sea fan Gorgonian. Gorgonian may provide protection against parasitic bacteria that cause wasting disease in starfish. Predatory male pygmy Hippocampus bargibanti, are mutualistic symbiotes with Gorgonians. Male Hippocampus care for eggs in a brood sac and deliver live offspring. They are protected by the bitter and distasteful gorgonian that benefit from the nutrients the Hippocampus provides.

Linda means ‘Serpent’ in old German. She was Golinda, who joined the dragon. Throughout history, the dragon guards treasures. In the hippocampus, the primitive brain miniature sea dragon-shaped organ bathed in the waves of the salt-based blood, guards memories. Hidden in a pool of ever-changing splintered flashes of symbols, psychological and physical memories stored in the hippocampus are replayed and determine truth as it is known.

Repeated biochemical patterns create long term potentiation that strengthens signal transmission, through synaptic plasticity linked to learning intuitive responses that aid with survival. Complex reactions to conditioned associations start a mechanical pendulum that opens chemical pathways and releases a sophisticated adaptive metacognition.

The limbic brain in humans uses the hippocampus and amygdala of the reptilian brain to store images, sounds and elicit emotions from the past that suggest short-lived possibilities of what might happen. Thomas Henry Huxley (1859), showed hippocampal function controls long term memory across vertebral species. Genetic and epigenetic factors are crucial to learning, emotional behaviour, cognitive ability and memory recall.

Repetition through music and poetry was used to teach Mystery wisdom and traditions of ritual and ethical conduct since before early Egyptian Dynastic periods. Heaven’s holy secrets were passed to the Watchers, the sons of God and daughters of men, over seven seals of initiation.

Moses, is thought to have written the story of Genesis and the Book of Numbers that honoured, Abraham. He is said to have taught the pharaohs the science of astrology, philosophy, medicine, boat and weapon design. Moses led slaves to freedom in Exodus, escaping the Pharaoh by knowing low tides and wind surges occur when the sun and waxing crescent moon on the same side of earth would part the Red Sea for about four hours.

Moses was one of the horned masters of the God of Fire, who used knowledge of accounting, architecture, astronomy, astrology and mathematics recorded by Seshat, the scribe, record keeper and consort of the brightest crescent phase horned planet Mercury, known as Hermes, the Thrice great god Thoth. over its 88 day orbital period. Time is also measured from when a new moon waxes to form a crescent then becomes full and wanes back to a crescent then newness.

In scriptures the word horns means radiant or shining that are symbolic of wisdom, enlightenment and illumination. Moses wears horns on his return from Mount Ba’al Hermon, after writing the commandments at the end of the Age of Taurus and beginning of the Age of the Ram.Horned gods include the Dhul-Qarnayn ,who went from east to west telling people with no possessions to dig graves at their doors because the only sure think is life is death. Pashupati, acted as a soothsayer and magician; Alexander the Great; Pan, the beloved son Hermes; Silvanus, the Roman god of the woodlands; the Irish deity Pouka, Hindu Vanaspati or Kirtimukha; Chinese Pan Gu; Celtic Cerunnos who wears an electrum torc, a curved bracelet or necklace; and Chinese horned serpent Hu translated into Hebrew as ‘He’, referring to Eve’s offspring, who spread messages of nature.

Moses went the Gate of Reincarnations as an Ibur, a righteous spiritual master (tzadik). After witnessing a dried and salted fish coming back to life and swimming away where the two seas meet, Moses met Al-Khadir riding on a fish he is said to have tamed. Khadir appeared in the desert, once a year on the tenth day called Ashura, in the first lunar month.

Mythistory speaks of Al-Khadir (2300-1100BC), an immortal Islamic traveler described as a messenger, called a wali, or master wise man who killed or tamed a dragon that represented the ego. Khadir, a righteous servant of god appears as the angel Gabriel at the initiation of the masterless unique ones, the Afrad. They are seekers in the Land of Darkness, who ride on creatures of the waves along the River of knowledge beneath the Pole star. They belong to no order and have no human guide but receive illumination from God, hoping to help lost wanderers and serve the future. They drink from the fountain of life that brings green new life to the tree of wisdom that supplies information and knowledge of the occult and hidden invisible secret treasures of resurrection and abundance in nature and cosmic order through time and space.

Greenmen are considered tricksters. Robin Hood, leprechauns and lutins do good deeds for those who deserve them and dastardly deeds to those who do not. Greenmen are also associated with chivalry. Sir Gawain accepts a challenge for King Arthur and beheads the Green knight, who puts his head back on. Having lost the wager, Gawain meets him in the Green chapel a year and a day later. In spite of a pledge not to take anything, Gawain succumbs to temptation and accepts a green garter offered by the wife of the host. Gawain is released, humiliated. His colleagues wear the green garter as a reminder that faint-heartedness strikes even the bravest and most honourable.

The Indian Mahabharata from 5000BC, describes proto-agriculture, writing, counting and record keeping traditions of dancing Shiva who uses knowledge to dispel illusion. There is reference to the first nomadic culture originating from the steppes during the iron age (9th century BC). The barbarian Sakas, associated with Scythian's, were the serpent brotherhood, Dragons of Wisdom, Scoloti, boogeyman, and Reconquista, the good men, and sons of the mountain. Their epigenetic mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) roots and trans-generational mythical memory influences many cultures.

Sythians intermarried with Dacian Getae and Sarmatian tribes. Getae, known as Goths, had myths of immortality and knowledge of medicine and astronomy. Getae used the word knife for wolf. The myth continues in Star Wars where Jedi knights yield the light saber and respect Dume the wolf.

Sarmatians were a tribe translated as ‘Rich in women, from the Indo-Aryan word ‘sar’ meaning ‘descending from woman’. Sarmatians are the source of giant, nomad woman warriors of Amazon myth who fought in battle on horseback. Also called the Sauromatians, they wore a scale like reptilian armour.

Dacian Nart sagas had giant hero gods, similar to the Ogdoad deities of Egypt that also influenced the Book of Enoch, called the Book of Giants in 3BC. A legendary female vegetation goddess of renewal through death and regeneration started agriculture in the Neolithic period around 10 000 BC. Sythians called her Zerashsha, Shatana, or Satanaya.

Her divine powers included a love of dogs and horses as valued domestic creatures and knowledge of an annual sun and rain cycle and how to make and prepare food and beer from barley and honey. The tribal immortal mother born from a virginal white stone of the water gods suckled divine twins, the morning and evening star and the sun god named Soshlan.

Around 3000 BC patriarchal societies dominated the matriarchal. Shatana became translated into Hebrew as ‘adverse’, ‘enemy’ or Satan, depicted as evil and a dangerous dragon to be slain. Marduk, battled Tiamet; Indra killed Vritra, the serpent enveloper. The Canaanite god Kothar-wa-Khasis and Baal, crafted magical weapons to battle the dragon Leviathan Yam, a son of El, the god of primordial chaos. Zeus battled Typhon. The dragon that demanded a sacrifice of a beautiful maiden was killed by Perseus, Hercules, Siegfried, Beowulf, Sorush and Saints Sarkis, Bartholomew and George.

Golinda was to listen to the silent message from before the universe began. There are risks in trusting memories. It is easy to get addicted to the wrong signals that extend illogical thought. However, there is no need to destroy the dragon. She has seen it happen with her own eyes. At Chartres, once blue green men of light danced up and down the front of the facade of the rose window creating a scene from the beginning of time. Upon her return, the light show had no theme, the black Madonna had been made white, and the lion and dragon upon which Christ had once floated were removed.

Princess Golinda Asteroites was an initiate alchemist, who observed messages that migrate from slow to fast operations. She was to bridge potential into action. Using the power of quorum sensing and plasticity of mitochondria, she was to change the simplest life form, bacteria, found in the mitochondria of the gut and synthesize the spirit molecule, Dimethyltryptamine (DMT).

DMT increases gamma-amino-butyric acid (GABA) an inhibitory neurotransmitter, that is contained and released at synapses improving memory formation. DMT and GABA mediate potent calming, sedative-hypnotic effects. They work to modify the polymorphic Monoamine oxidase A (MAOA) neurotransmitter gene that is linked to happiness in human females. In males it acts as the Warrior gene that leads to aggression, alcoholism and anti-social behaviour.

As the charioteer, Golinda set a trajectory united to her vehicle, the dragon Gallopatrot, the keeper of memory. They were to protect, train and be trained by the other.
