The Great Sherry Heist
The Sack of Cadiz (in so many ways)

The Great Sherry Heist: brings to sunny Cadiz the merry band of Whisk[e]y Hipsters (unaware of Tudor porn-shops).
More Drakeries: man on man action surrounding the pretext of a plot involving the Sack of Cadiz (in so many ways).
Sir Francis Drake and his Party whose (s)exploits gave England a taste for the wine of Jerez/ creamed many times/of course they disliked the salty dry form appreciated by the Spaniards:
\Anglophone Hispanophobia oxidized relations, so they sweetened it with black Pedro Ximenes/
Anglo-phobia, Hispano-hooked--Pirate Song,
Angels with Dirty Codpieces
Devils Daring Dangerous Paces
THIS is indeed bonafide XERES.
There enlisted as Mercenaries [guess who]: the Whisk[e]y Hipsters, Privateers going a-pillaging under Drake
[every man was under Drake]
Although they fought valiantly in their way, ambushing lots of sitting-ducks and shooting many a fish in a barrel, the Whisk[e]y Hipsters didn’t really give a rat’s ass for the actual Heist and what it meant for England, nor did they have any appreciation for the wine itself. No, what they had come for were the seasoned Casks in which the Sherry was stored, to age their trendy Rye whisk[e]ys in. Short story long—
They would stop at Nothing to obtain these Barrels.
