Jessy closed up shop for the day. 3 a.m Jessy makes her way home from a slow day. From about 6 p.m. she had about 8 people who came for a read from her tarot cards, a tell of fortune or grab some herbs. The past few months the shop has been slow and Jessy wonders how she'll pay the rent for her shop and house.

10 a.m. Jessy woke up from a bang on the front door. She gets up and rushes to the door; "Hold on! Geez."

Jessy opens the door and a couple, and the baby look scared; "Jessy?"

"Yes? Who are you?"

"We found you on the computer, we need your help."

"Oh, you found my page? Have you read the page? Because to see me you need to send a message. You can't just show up. Sorry."

Jessy goes to close the door when the woman puts her foot in the way of the door; "Please, our baby. She's unwell. Please, ma'am. Can you help?"

"You've got 5," Jessy rolled her eyes and waved them on throw the door.

"Thank you, thank you," They bowed.

They sat on the couch; "What do you need?"

"She has a fever," The mother on the verge of a cry.

Jessy walked over the her cubert of herbs and spells. She found the herbs, tea and the correct spell to help the baby. Jessy gave the mom what she needed and told her how to use the herbs, tea and the spell to make her baby better.

The husband stood up, and grabbed Jessy's hand; "Thank you, thank you."

The husband grabs a large roll of money out of the woman's bag and hands money over to Jessy.

$1,300 cash that Jessy had earned from the couple; "That enough?"

"More than enough," Jessy walked the couple to the door. "Good luck."

Jessy looked at the clock and read 10:30 am. Jessy was annoyed by the early walk-up call but made the most of the day before work and went to the market to stock the home supply and the shop's supply.

After a day at the market, Jessy made her way to work for the afternoon. Jessy turned the corner that her shop was on and saw two Guards at the door of the shop.

'What the fuck?' Jessy wondered what these two guards needed from a Fortuneteller. As she approached the shop, one of the guards saw her and called her over.

"Are you Jessy?" One of the guards asked.

"What are you here?"

"Now, now. We are here to ask because we heard you are an expert on these- creatures."

"What type of creature are you here to ask about?" Jessy's aware of the subject- Dragons. She knows why they are here. Jessy found a baby dragon a few days ago but wasn't about to tell these two that.

"A dragon. They seemed to have lost a dragon egg. They're unsure whether the dragon has hatched or not."- The egg has hatched. Jessy not about to tell these two.

"No. Unfortunately. Sorry," Jessy takes the keys out of her pocket to unlock her shop for the afternoon.

"Just one more thing before we go. Have you seen these people?" The guard takes out a photo of a couple and a baby. - The same ones who knocked on her door at 10 a.m.

One of the Guard saw she knows these people; "When?"

"They came at 10 a.m. today. The baby they had had a fever. They needed some herbs, tea and a spell to break the fever. Why?"

"These people have an arrest warrant out for them. They stole the baby and are suspects for the dragon egg we asked about."

"That's why they rushed out so fast after they got what they needed," Jessy mumbles to herself.

"Don't worry, You have no troubles for your help. You have a job to do. Have a great day, ma'am," They bowed and left.

Once the guards left, Jessy went to the backroom to check on the baby dragon. The baby dragon was okay. She bought some raw meat at the market today. The dragon very much loved that.

Jessy opened the cage and helped the dragon out so he or she could fly around to stretch her legs and just enjoy some freedom.

The bell for the front door charmed. Jessy looked up towards the front of the shop; "Okay dragon, let's get back in the cage for a few moments, okay? we have guests."

The dragon was not very happy about the arrangement but what could she do?

Jessy closed the gate on the cage and went to the front of the shop to help the customer. When Jessy walked threw the door, she saw it was the man from her house.

"Yes? The baby? She okay?"

"That's why we came back," the husband moved out of the way. Now Jessy can see the mother and baby out the door. "We lost a dragon and heard the dragon was found around the area."

"The guards were just here. They asked about you and the dragon. What's that about? You need to leave. You've got your herbs, spells and tea. you need to leave before the guards come back."

"Please, we need the dragon to cure our baby," The man pleaded.

"There are no dragons here. You need to leave and never come back!" Jessy shoved the man out the door and locked the door. About an hour before she unlocked the shop to make sure those people left.

After a few hours at the shop, Jessy closed early and went home. She took the baby dragon home as well. Can't have the dragon alone anymore. Who knows, someone may already know too much about the dragon and do what they can to get the dragon. Safer for the dragon to stay near Jessy at all hours.

The baby dragon seemed to be perfectly okay about the arrangement.

"What should we name you?"

Jessy locked the house down between the locks of the house but spells as well. Jessy has some powerful spells to help lock the house down. Not a sound beyond dusk.

Dawn rose, and the sun came through on Jessy's face. Jessy woke up and remembered the baby dragon she brought home. She shot out of bed and ran over to the drawer where she kept the baby dragon to see how the dragon slept. When she pulled open the drawer, the dragon was sound asleep.

Jessy let the dragon sleep. She took the chance to make breakfast and to find the baby dragon food as well.

Jessy's home surrounded by forest- Not a soul for hours. She grows her own garden and stores meat year-round. Jessy doesn't eat meat but stores meat for guests or dragons.

Jessy went to her garden to tend to get herself and the baby dragon breakfast. When Jessy gets back to the house the baby dragon was already awake.

"Hello, baby dragon. How was your sleep?"

The baby dragon ate the meat Jessy gave her- and burped out smoke and flames; "Oh! You must have been hungry."

"Amara."

The baby dragon looked up at Jessy and seemed to enjoy the name.

"Amara shall be your name then."
