New school new you. That is what I used to say. You might be wondering, "What do you mean?". What I mean is don't do stupid things. Like go on a bad website and get blackmailed.

New clothes are normal, making friends is impossible not to happen. But killing your best friends because you were blackmailed to is not normal. But it's definitely possible. Because it happened.

Today, I'll be telling you a tale. A tale to chill your bones. A tale that could very much change the way you look at the world. My name is Hellen, and you're about to be scarred for life.

August 2nd, entry one. Today was the first day of Lendreamer High school. To be honest, it's a lot more stressful and middle school. The lunch tastes weird and when I asked the lunch lady about it she just shrugged and said "Lauren makes the food.". I avoided eating the mashed potatoes. I made a few friends though! Jane, Nya, Victoria, and Jackson.

Victoria has a huge crush on Jackson. It's obvious. Jackson did whisper in my ear at first period that he was gay. So that's going to be hard on Victoria. Speaking on hard, choosing a club to join was the hardest decision on earth! The anime club was the first pick but then I started leaning towards the cooking club.

I didn't join a club. I don't want to join a club for the remainder of the school year. Nya also didn't join a club. But she said because that would take up to much time. Lazy much. If you're reading this, don't tell her I said that! Anyways, see you in the morning!

August 3rd, entry two. Life is like wind, and you are a leaf. Carrying you in the vast distance ahead. That's what my writing teacher said. I didn't put it in quotes because I didn't feel the need for it to be. The writing teacher got a hold of my journal. I think you guessed what happened next.

Jade told me that her younger sister, Ava, was going to the elementary school down the street. I don't know why she told me but I guess she just wanted to start a conversation. It worked, I got her phone number! Yes, score!

Victoria walked home with me and kept talking about Jackson. She's kind of annoying when she talks about that.

August 4th, entry three. Nya and Victoria embaressed me in front of Jade. They called me a wimp and said I wouldn't do anything to kill or hurt me and my reputation. They aren't wrong but come on!

At lunch Jade told me she didn't believe them but still, I'm offended. When Victoria sat down she showed me this cool website called the Dark Web. I didn't trust her but I listened. "This is a part of the internet that no one dares to enter." She said. "I thought it was a myth. What I'm showing you right now is a screenshot."

I was skeptical. I took out my phone and told her I was even braver and said I would go into the Deep Dark Web. She warned me not to but I did it anyway. It was just a dumb shopping website.

After lunch, I was chosen as team captain in basketball. The teacher said I should try out. I declined the offer. Turns out Jackson is the coachs' son. The coach hates Victoria or as he calls her "Wimpy Vicky". So another reason to add to my list of reasons why Victoria can't date Jackson.

This time Jade and Victoria walked me home. Turns out Jade only lives a block away! I hope no one reads with but I think I'm bisexual. Just a feeling.

August 5th, entry four. I don't usually write about what happened before school but I feel the need to. I was awoken to my phone and my computer on camera. I wasn't on my computer and my phone died. It's freaked me out but I didn't care.

Then when I plugged up my phone a robotic voice said "Download completed.". I assumed it was that funny video I saw. Though I don't remember downloading it.

When I arrived Victoria and Jackson were absent. I assumed they were-- doing things but I didn't jump to conclusions. For some reason, everyone was acting weird. Jade was very fidgety too. I asked what was up and she rejected anything was wrong.

I did make a few more friends though. Hunter and May. May was the only one who didn't seem faced. Hunter on the other hand seemed like the world was ending. I just thought about it I haven't been talking about lab very much. Well now is the chance.

We changed lab partners and I was with Jade, yay! Also when someones experiment exploded we held hands! I mean, not like I cared or anything but still, YES!

I visited the library. I read a small bit of a book my Hunters' mom published. It was really long, two-hundred-seven pages! I only got to page four before I stopped reading. I wanted to take a picture so I remembered what it looked like but I forgot my phone somewhere. I assumed I left it at home and left.

August 6th, entry five. Once again my devices started acting weird. I was starting to think back to what Victoria showed me. I got onto my phone and looked it up. This time it just brought me to my e-mail. I was confused and assumed I typed it in wrong. I searched for it again and once again, it took me to my E-mail. I looked at my newest ones and I almost dropped my phone.

There were two pictures. The first was a picture of me, in my room with blood all around my bed. Then the second picture was me sleeping in my bed. I wanted to scream but that did no good.

I was still scared. My hands were shaking and I started to type back. "What do you want?" Someone quickly replied. "Kill the one who stayed calm." I was confused. Then I pieces came together. It was Victoria messing with me. Jackson stayed home from school to mess with my phone.

Since Victoria knows where I live she put my phone back. "Omg Victoria wth," I said. "Kill the one who stayed calm." They replied once again. They then sent me a picture of my journal. It was the page where I had confessed I was bisexual and liked Jade!

I started freaking out. "Do it or get exposed." They said. Then, I realised. This wasn't a joke. They wanted me to kill someone. And there was no way around it.
