Smoke was all around them . That did not stop them from giving each other a loving embrace. Nancy and Ryan was high school sweetheart. They were separated by Nancy’s family move.
The neighborhood Alpine was up in smoke, Nancy was trying to rescue her cat, Rubin from the apartment building, she resided in for the summer.
Nancy worked for a Traveling Nurse company. She stayed in an area three months at a time. She met up with Ryan at one of the town facilities the other day. Ryan was coming to save her, when he heard that her neighborhood was on fire.
Ryan saw her coming out of her building apartment. He ran to her and hug her tight. “I am never going to ever let you, go, my love.” He told her.
“And I you, Ryan.” With the cat encluded in the embrace.
