When the results had been completed, everyone looked around.

“We have a winner for the tenth year in a row. Delaware is officially the most boring state in the Union.”

“Yes, it’s boring. But it’s the best. That’s why just enough people live here. Others may visit for school or to shop, but the residents know its greatness,” Wade Lumwell said.

“I agree. Let’s keep pushing the boring narrative so the population doesn’t increase too much.” Jessica Lightfeather agreed.

“Delaware is too precious to be taken for granted. Go to races, see the beaches but then go home,” Lumwell replied.
