The Baby Owl & We Brothers!
Will The Baby Barn Owl Meet His Mother Again?
Last year when I was in my village, I witnessed an interesting interaction with a cute barn owl. Yes, it's a story of a baby owl who lost his nest and mother too!
Thankfully, my brother and I caught him in our backyard; we treated him and offered food.
But, will the baby barn owl meet his mother again? Read this short and real story here!
City life is also busy; therefore, I make sure every year I visit my village during the summer holidays.
It is one of the best places to feel the fresh air; fields will crop fresh vegetables and good humans who love to talk.
Hence, my granny and I prepared to book our train ticket and booked two for us too! It was an exciting journey to meet my mother and brothers after a long year. I was very excited and imagined how they would react when they saw me.
Will they shout or get crazy and start dancing? Yes, we brothers can!
After two days' long journey I reached my village station, we took a few minutes rest, and booked a jeep to take us to our village.
We sat in the jeep and started this short journey; the fish and vegetable market was still like that as it was a year ago. But now, people had built their red-brick shops, and the railway station was also looking great.
Every moment was calling me to shout and capture each element of it. It's a beautiful place, and people were staring and assuming who was arriving.
You may feel bored at this stage!
But stay tuned as now we reached my village and met with my mother, her face has no wrinkles and her smile is outstanding. It removed all my stress and forced me to feel the love that I miss a lot.
I took a bath with an open tab in the village field where other people were also taking baths. Maybe it sounds weird. Right?
After taking a bath, I played games and talked with my brothers; we enjoyed ourselves. It was now late evening, and we wanted to walk on the village street. So, we can meet other relatives at the tea stall.
We did the same but felt tired; hence, we came home and went on the house roof to sleep. Here I can see stars and moons, even the graphs we learned during school days.
There was fresh air, and I finally got a relaxing sleep.
I haven't had the best sleep in a long time, but it was 4:00 when I listed a weird sound.
Guess who it was?
Whoever was, it was blurry, as I was in sleep.
But the sound made me wake up and start searching for the same. It was 4 am, so we had no issue starting our search. Because in the village we can notice the sunshine in the early morning near 4 am and sunset at 6 pm.
We went to our backyard and saw a baby barn owl; he closed his eyes as the sunlight came. And he would be worried about his mother as he was too small but had full-shaped wings.
I decided to take him with us until it gets night because, at night, owls can see correctly and find the correct way. We came back and built a temporary home for our small friend.
My brother suggested he might be hungry. Therefore he is making such a sound. We have cow milk, so we offered the same. He was not drinking it, but he was comfortable enjoying this small treat with a small spoon.
We were small; therefore, we had no idea what to offer! But he accepted our treat and took the rest in a comfortable grass bed.
The day was very long; again and again, we had to check whether he was feeling comfortable or not. Also, we were excited to take our cute friend in our small hands. As he was soft, cute, and beautiful, and when he used to drink milk by spoon; he used to look super cute; as you can imagine, a small heart of teen kids.
Finally, it got late, and we decided to carry him from where we picked. So, if there were his mother, she could pick her cute baby.
Somehow, we were right, as when we reached there, we kept our cute friend on the grass. Suddenly a big owl came near our cute friend; she might be his mother as he was comfortable. And the mother owl was also looking protective for her cute baby.
Hence, we decided to leave our friend there and go back home. It was just a day, and we didn't talk properly, and the baby owl also met his mother.
So, we did the same and returned home, and the baby owl also met his mother!
