The Awning Of Fear

Sarah lived in a small town in a house that she had inherited from her family. Every day, she was plagued by strange noises and objects moving on their own within the house. One day, she discovered a mysterious door in one of the rooms in the basement of her house. Bravely, Sarah opened the door to find a dark and silent room.

Suddenly, the eyes of the paintings on the wall of the room moved and started following Sarah. The paintings, with a frightening grin, slowly advanced towards Sarah. She tried to run away but was trapped by closed doors and narrow alleys. The paintings caught up to her and trapped her in a closed room. Sarah tried to escape but the door wouldn't budge. The paintings then attacked Sarah, looking down at her with their eyes.

When Sarah woke up, she realized that it was all just a nightmare. But from that day on, she continued to hear strange things happening in her house and the paintings' eyes moving. She was forced to leave her house because she didn't want to live under the rule of fear. Sarah believed that the ghosts of the past paintings were following her and it was affecting her daily life.

Sarah turned to a medium for help and the medium told her that the spirits of the former owners of the house had stayed behind after their deaths. Sarah followed the instructions of the medium and returned to her old house and performed rituals to get rid of the ghosts. She realized that the light was the protection of the banishing ritual, and that the spirits could not harm her. With newfound courage, Sarah stood up to the ghosts and commanded them to leave. To her surprise, they obeyed and vanished into the ether.
