The Ant's Philosophy: A Humble Guide to a Happy Life
Small Dreams, Big Joy: Embracing the Ordinary
Don't always think about doing big things. We are all a group of ants with high desires and low incomes. If we can take care of our children in our lifetime, it will be enough to consume most of our energy. Except for birth, old age, illness, and death, the pain you feel is caused by your values, not real existence.
If I had to do it over again, with my mentality and experience at the time, I would still make the same choice, learn to reconcile with myself and accept myself in every period.
Life is like grass and trees, with different destinies. Some people were born in Rome, and some people worked hard all their lives, but they couldn't resist the arrangement of fate.
Everyone wants to stand out and become a master, but fate is bumpy and life is unpredictable. Even if you are ambitious, sometimes you will not be able to do what you want and you will be helpless.
Looking back on the first half of my life, it was full of twists and turns. I gained a lot but also missed a lot.
Everything in the world is temporal, nothing belongs to you, you come and everyone is happy, you leave with nothing, and the only thing that belongs to you is every moment of your life.
In life, making money is just a game, living in victory, health is the goal, happiness is the true meaning, food and clothing without worries is luck, being free from illness and disaster is a blessing, gold, silver, wealth, fame and wealth can be striven for, but cannot be too demanding.
Sometimes the reason why we are unhappy is simply that our desires do not match our abilities, which leads to disappointment and frustration.
If a person has desires that are too high, it will be difficult to achieve happiness; if a person is too competitive, he will easily become anxious, depressed, and worried about gains and losses.
Reasonable desires can give you motivation, but desires that do not match your abilities will only torture you.
Living is happiness, health is wealth, and money is important, but it cannot buy health and happiness, so don’t let desire consume your fun, let alone lose your mind because of comparison.
Walk the road steadily, live every day seriously, take good care of your body, and protect your family. Ordinary life is also a kind of happiness.
