There was only one rule: “don’t open the door.”

Alexis and Jackie had already opened the door and it ended with Alexis bleeding on the porch of the Voorhees house and Jackie had been taken captive by Jason Voorhees. “LET ME GO! LET ME GO!” Jackie screamed while trying to kick and pull her way out of Jason’s grip. Jason dragged Jackie down to the basement and threw her on the floor.

As Jackie looked up in fear Jason unholstered his machete and readied himself to swing it down on Jackie before abruptly stopping. Jackie had her eyes closed as expected to be cut, but was shocked to find she was not. She opened her eyes and looked up at Jason who had now lowered his machete. She did not understand why Jason was no longer hostile until she looked behind him and saw a picture of a giraffe on the wall.

Jackie then remembered she had a picture of a giraffe on her shirt. “Autism awareness” Jackie said softly. “My niece is special needs like you, Jason.” After his brief halt of empathy, Jason then lifted his machete back up to stab Jackie, but was suddenly stabbed in the back with a poker by a limping Alexis. “ALEX!” Jackie screamed as Jason fell over. “Yep, ain’t dead yet” Alexis struggled.

Jackie then got up and quickly helped Alexis up the stairs. Jason rose to his feet and chase the girls up the stairs, but the duo turned around and simultaneously kicked him back down the stairs. They shut the basement door, locked it and then ran outside back to the car. As they got in they quickly drove off holding hands thankful to be alive as Jason watched them in the distance from the porch of the Voorhees house.
