"Purple Hearts" Movie Review: A Fresh Take on the Netflix Romance Genre!!
Purple Hearts, the latest romantic drama on Netflix, has taken the world by storm, becoming one of the most-watched content of the month. Directed by Elizabeth Allen Rosenbaum, the movie features Sofia Carson as Cassie Salazar and Nicholas Galitzine as Luke, two individuals from different worlds who enter into a marriage of convenience. Despite its success, the movie has been criticized for its lack of depth in exploring political and ethical differences between the main characters. Cassie and Luke fall in love as they get to know each other better, but their political views are never seriously interrogated and remain unchanged throughout the film. The acting performances have also received mixed reviews, with Chosen Jacobs as Cassie's best friend, Frankie, being praised for his acting range. Ultimately, Purple Hearts is a love story that resonates with viewers who just want to enjoy cute moments between two attractive individuals, but falls short in its representation of controversial issues such as healthcare and political division.

Tales of London #16
Jenna only had flashes of what came next. There was a huge bonfire amongst the tombstones and a smell so bad that she escaped back into unconsciousness. She woke up to being cold. She heard Robert’s voice, and a different one answered, not quite as that deep and calming. Then she saw Marcus' tense face. The next flash was sitting on a car's back seat, Robert's storm-coloured coat wrapped around her, and it was nice because the coat smelled like him. Then a dark staircase she climbed with help, or perhaps, was carried upon.

Whispers From a Tavern Wall
"If walls could talk," the old brick wall began, "I could tell you tales of love, of laughter, of heartache and pain. I've seen it all, from the first nail driven into my surface to the last lick of paint applied. I am the silent witness to the secrets of this building, and I have a story to tell."

THE FALLIN
If walls could talk, this wall would scream. It would yell with a pain of vengeance and defiance. Its voice would be of a disheveled monster trapped in the confines of stone clawing its way out. It is stained with blood, some fresh, while some long dried centuries ago. The wall is about fifty feet tall, twenty feet wide, and decorated with wings.
