Mystery
From Underworld to Paradise
In the heart of a dark and cold valley a young man lay chained inside a cave. His wounds and torn clothing denoted ruthless treatment for a considerable time. He didn't know how he got there or what had happened the day before, even worse how to escape from those chains that burned like red-hot coal. Suddenly recent moments came to his mind in which he had been wandering freely through that gloomy place and had established contact with the beings that inhabited it, from whom he learned things that he had not even imagined in his earthly life. Then he understood why he was there, he became an imminent threat to the established order, something ironic for a place where everything was chaos and regret, but later he would have it clearer.

Captivity
Casablanca, North Africa July, 1943 The room was small, cold and dark, save for a slithering flaw in the ceiling’s back-right corner - which allowed fleeting shards of moonlight to dance across the sandy floor. His sense of time was a mystery, and he had absolutely no idea where he was. His shaved head throbbed from dehydration, his bruised stomach writhed from lack of food, and his blackened bones pulsed from the daily beatings.
