Mystery
In the box
If walls could talk. I would have explained to her how to open that lock. Anna could never open the door of her storage bin. I could tell she hated coming out here. She had brought two plastic leaf bags to fill with trash. There was no place to move in the bin so she started at the door, and slowly moved deeper into the room. The first bag she filled with old clothes. she decided to unload some of the boxes into the 2nd bag. The first box was quickly emptied. She kept a few purses, but most were thrown into the trash bag. She then pulled forward a second box. She prayed that the contents would not be books. On top was some unfamiliar fabric which she quickly removed. She started to reach into the box and then she froze. It looked like there was a skull in the box. Anna did not want to look, but she knew she did not own a fake skull. Nobody else had a key. What if it was real, how could she support the truth, that she had not placed it there? Frozen like ice, she called 911.

Echoes of a Wall
If walls could talk, what stories would they tell? That was a question that had been on my mind for as long as I could remember. I was an old brick wall, standing tall and proud in the heart of a bustling city. I had seen the rise and fall of empires, the birth and death of heroes, and the ebb and flow of humanity's hopes and dreams.

Confessions of a Hotrod
The water is close to freezing as I hit it hard, but my body is in good condition and functions well, responding positively to regular exercise and careful maintenance. Still warm after recent exertion and the short, brisk walk in a ski jacket from the Union railroad station in the late evening, I know that my life is ending now.

House
“If walls could talk,” Jessica whispered into the cavernous room. Her eyes glanced over ghostlike furniture lost in thought. The room itself was centuries old. Built in the late 1500’s by a Lord long forgotten. The room was scattered with furniture mixing regency and medieval collections in swaths of printed fabrics and gilded chairs. Most were currently covered by large white sheets, but where several of the cloths slipped, dust motes danced on faded silks in the early morning sunlight.

BANA BILAKA by Milo IBATA
The sun rose over the savannah, spreading its golden light across the vast and rolling grasslands of Africa. The animals began to stir, the few lions that remained stretching and roaring feebly, while the gazelles not one to be seen, the elephants trumpeting and swaying their great trunks in rage. But one figure remained still, a solitary figure on the horizon, his long, wild hair blowing in the wind.

Paracosm
"A dream world won't affect a person's quality of life. But now it has affected the entire world, "says Raghav, the astronaut of NASA, on a strange planet. "I am trying to control my emotions, but I can't as this planet makes me more emotional." Raghav's bitter past has been portrayed on the planet by which he can see and his intensity of emotions has increased. "I need to get off this freaking planet," Raghav says. He tried to get out of the planet's orbit, but he couldn't. When he tries to flee, the Earth's orbit pulls him inside the planet. Raghav says, "I know that this planet is my imaginary planet connected with my emotions." If I can control my emotions, I can get rid of this planet. Raghav, with great effort, forgets his past and recalls his pleasant memories and escapes the planet. "Thank God, I am saved, but this is temporary." I need to save the people of Earth from this paracosm which was created by me," Raghav recollected his past, where he worked as an astronaut and a senior astronomer. He had a dark past and an effortless work ethic to get on with the work of an astronaut at NASA. He used to remember his past and cry, but he made himself confident after he became a senior astronomer. One day, as he was doing the work of an observational astronomer, he discovered a planet near Earth and announced to his co-workers that he had discovered a habitable planet which was nearly like Earth. He was happy, but at a moment it was revealed that no one was able to see the planet by the observations he had made, and they said that he became mad after his emotional background, and they said that he needed therapy and a good break. Raghav tried to prove the discovery of the new planet, but he came to know that only he was able to see that, followed by the attempts of his assistants. He came to the conclusion that it was an illusion but later understood that the planet was an imaginary planet that was linked emotionally to his body. He called it his imaginary world. Following the break, he tried to propose a theory called the paracosmical theory, which states that each and every individual on the planet Earth has a planet which is emotionally linked to themselves and that it can only be seen by the respective person. The researchers and scientists called him "Fool" and decided to focus him only on the constellation observations.

If Walls could Talk
It was an old Victorian house that had seen better days. The paint was peeling, the roof was leaking, and the yard was overgrown. It had been on the market for years, but no one wanted to buy it. It had a reputation for being haunted. Some said it was cursed. Others said it was a haven for ghosts.

A Sunday Short Story
As I stopped in front of the house I grew up in, I wondered what had changed besides myself. I noticed right away that some things hadn’t changed. The big brick mailbox pillar that sat too close to the driveway still bore the chips when I had almost plowed into it one late night after too much partying. I knew it still held my secret because if found, it would have been on the news for a week.
