Love is the essence, of life and being, A force that's all-encompassing and freeing. It brings us closer, to our true self, And helps us rise, above all else. Love is a mystery, a paradox so true, It can make us feel, both joy and blue. It can bring us together, or tear us apart, It can be a blessing, or a painful dart. But on this day, we celebrate love, And all the miracles, it's capable of. We honor the bond, between two hearts, And the magic, that love imparts. Oh Valentine, a day to express, The love we feel, and to profess. To our beloved, our heart and soul, And let them know, they make us whole. For in the end, it's not the gifts we give, But the love we share, that makes us live. And on this day, we raise a toast, To love, to life, and to our hearts that boast
