Stupidity
Today you have saved yourself from punishment, but remember you still have to bring a handkerchief in the future.

“Mom!” Simon said: “My teacher said that I must bring a clean handkerchief to school every day.”
“I thought the same thing.” His mother said: “You have a lot of handkerchiefs. Take a nice handkerchief to school tomorrow.”
The next morning, Simon took out a very bright and clean handkerchief.
He was very happy that he would show this handkerchief to his teacher at school today. He folded the handkerchief and held it in his hand, but on the way, Simon had to climb the bridge. He placed his handkerchief very carefully on the steps of the bridge and tied his shoelaces tightly. In the meantime, he forgot his handkerchief on the bridge. When he reached school, Miss Brown asked him: “Simon! Have you brought a handkerchief?”
“Yes, I have brought it.
“Simon replied.
Simon took out the handkerchief and wanted to show it to Miss, but it was neither in his hand nor in his pocket.
“Oh, I left my handkerchief on the bridge.”
After school, Simon went straight to the place where he had left the handkerchief. There he found the rags of the handkerchief. A herd of cows was passing by the bridge. When a cow saw the handkerchief on the bridge, it thought it was something to eat and put it in its mouth, but after chewing it, it spat it out.
The cow did not like it at all. Now the handkerchief was useless.
The next morning, Simon took out another handkerchief from his drawer and said to himself: “I will tie a knot in it so that I remember to take it to school.”
Then Simon tied a knot in the handkerchief on his hands. He was happily going to school when suddenly he saw a beautiful butterfly.
There was still time to reach school, so he started running after the butterfly. He wanted to catch it at all costs. Suddenly the butterfly stopped and sat on a flower. Simon carefully placed his handkerchief down on the grass and jumped towards the butterfly, but the butterfly flew up in the air. Simon waved and slapped his forehead. Then he turned on the road leading to school.
"Where is your handkerchief, Simon!" Miss Brown asked.
"Miss Brown!" Simon said proudly: "I tied a knot in my handkerchief, so that I would remember the handkerchief! How clever have I become?"
"Okay, okay. Now show me," said Miss Brown.
Simon was embarrassed, because he had left the handkerchief on the grass.
Miss Brown was very angry: "Please remember to bring it tomorrow."
The next morning Simon took another handkerchief from the drawer. Since he could not find the handkerchief that he had left on the grass, because the wind had blown it away.
"This time I will definitely remember to take my handkerchief and I will not let it out of my hand until I reach school."
He made up his mind.
As he started to leave the house, his mother called out to him: "Son Simon! Post this letter on the way."
"Yes, why not, mother!" Simon took the letter and started walking quickly. He remembered that Miss Brown had said that all the children should come tomorrow to remember the six-knee high school. Tomorrow it will be heard.
"Che akum che... ․
He reached the red post box while reading the mountain.
He was glad that he remembered the whole mountain.
When he reached school, Miss Brown said: “I hope you brought your handkerchief today.”
“Yes, Miss!” Simon said proudly: “I kept it in my hand the whole time. Look!” Simon put out his hand and there was a letter in his hand.
Miss Brown looked at him in surprise: “Is this a magic handkerchief that became a letter?”
He screamed.
“Shh.shh. Maybe… I… I… I… I… I posted a handkerchief instead of a letter.”
“Simon! I’m giving you one last chance. You must have a clean handkerchief by tomorrow.” Miss Brown said angrily: “
Now Simon took another handkerchief from his drawer. He put it in his pocket.
He thought that if he kept the handkerchief in his pocket, only then would he be able to carry it safely to school. The next day, he was walking towards school, but suddenly, as he walked, he stumbled and fell. His knee was sprained and both his hands were covered in mud. Simon took out his handkerchief and wiped his knees and hands. When he reached school, he proudly waved his handkerchief in front of Miss Brown.
"Simon! What is this? Dirty, smelly, a rag." He shouted: "Handkerchiefs are like this! I told you to bring a clean handkerchief." His voice was trembling.
"You must bring a clean handkerchief tomorrow morning or be prepared for punishment," Miss Brown said dryly. Helpless Simon cried the whole way. When he reached home, his mother asked.
"What happened? Why are you crying? Have you had a fight with someone?"
Simon told his mother everything while crying. Hearing this, she was also angry and even more angry when she found out that he had lost his hat!
"Oh Simon! Why are you so stupid and careless?" She said sadly: "Well! This is your father's handkerchief, since you have ruined all your handkerchiefs and you have also lost your hat.
It is also hot, so now I will make a hat for you by tying knots on each corner of the handkerchief, which you will wear to school. If you wear it constantly, it will not fall off you." She was explaining it in detail. Simon looked very happy wearing the handkerchief hat. His father's handkerchief was big. It looked very cute with the red and white design.
Simon was considering himself very lucky to wear this beautiful handkerchief, but when he reached school, he forgot that he had a handkerchief on his head!
"Show me your handkerchief," Miss Brown said sternly.
Simon put his hands in his pockets, they were empty. He looked around, but the handkerchief was nowhere to be seen. With what eyes did Miss Brown look at it?
“Simon!” Miss Brown shouted: “You haven’t brought a handkerchief again today?”
“Miss Brown!” Simon said in a panic: “I brought it today. Of course I did, but where did it go?”
“Leave it. Take off your hat and get ready for punishment. I’m going to make you stand in the sun today.” Miss Brown said in a rage.
Simon clumsily took off his red and white hat and jumped as he took it off.
That hat was his father’s beautiful handkerchief!
“Miss Brown․․․․Miss Brown! Here’s my handkerchief.” He said, shaking with joy: “I wore it all the way like a hat․․․and look, it’s perfectly clean.”
"Okay Simon! You saved yourself from punishment today, but remember that you still have to bring a handkerchief in the future. You should ask your mother to pin your handkerchief to your jersey, so that you can safely bring the handkerchief to school and show it to me."
Simon's mother was not at home that day. Simon found a safety pin himself and pinned his handkerchief, but he made another mistake. This time he pinned his little brother's white coat!
What do you think Miss Brown will say?
