Sitting next to you
They became lovers. He knew that she liked him, too.

Single, he just got a driver's license, driving level is naturally not high, bought a used car to drive. Single girls in the company would follow him in small groups, heckling him and asking for a ride, but they didn't trust his driving skills. No matter how many of them, they would all crowd in the back seat, except her.
The first time they pulled her into his car, she chose the passenger seat. He smiled and said to her, "You sit in the back. I'm new to the road. The back is safe."
She laughed too, tilting her head. "Really? But I get carsick. I'm afraid of sitting in the back. Forget it, I still injustice, sit on your right." Then she fastened her seat belt.
Unable to say anything more, he started the car. It was the first time he'd had a passenger seat since he bought the car. He was not used to it. He drove more carefully, and the girls in the back seat made fun of him. She was the only one who did not smile, helping him to watch the road carefully, and occasionally reminding him in a soft voice that there was an obstacle, to lean in that way...
Or because she reminded him that even if he drove alone, he was very well-behaved, never cutting corners or speeding. From novice to veteran, he had never had any collision, friction and other minor accidents that most novices would have, and never received a ticket.
When the time is ripe, he changed a new car, the appearance of a cool jeep, with his handsome, the first often sit in his car a few girls, began to pursue him with a clear flag.
There are exceptions. Again, she.
Still like a temporary passenger, she got into the car and sat on his right side, keeping half a meter away from him, saying nothing but gentle reminders. Get off, it is just an ordinary colleague, never any intimate words and actions.
He wandered among a few girls, who, for some reason, could not make up his mind. They were all very lovely, but there always seemed to be something missing, just a little, what, he could not say.
"May Day" holiday, we noisy to take his car to self-help tour, set a good time, early in the morning.
She joined him, taking the customary seat to his right, and the other three girls sat in the back.
The road is very busy, behind the girls still chirp, she is still quiet, has little to remind him of what, so the words are even less.
In the afternoon, the girls finally said they were tired and went to sleep one by one. He said, "You should get some sleep, too." She shook her head. "I'm not sleepy, and I'm not in the habit of taking naps." Then she added, "I think you should stop somewhere for half an hour and take a nap."
He shook his head and said, "No, don't worry. I'm fine."
The two men stopped talking, and the car moved on with the music blaring.
An accident or a near miss. It was his first long drive, and he thought he was young, energetic, and not tired, but he really dozed off, holding the wheel, his expression gradually trance.
There was only room for two cars side by side on the narrow country road, and as he dozed off, a van was getting closer and closer.
She called out to him at this moment, not in a very loud voice, like the usual gentle reminders, but he came to himself, looked at the approaching lorry, and instinctively adjusted his direction, as it brushed past, his heart in his throat in a cold sweat.
"It's all right," she said. "Take it easy. Go ahead and have a rest in a suitable place."
The girls in the back seat were still asleep, unaware of the danger that had just occurred.
Behind the road, he did not appear similar situation again, but she laughed at him: "Don't be so nervous, I help you look at it."
This word, let his heart so gentle move, as if, she really is his other eyes, with her beside, he is at ease.
After that return, he professed his love to her. In fact, she is not the most outstanding girl who often rides in his car. She is not beautiful enough, and she is a little short. But, for some reason, he liked it.
They became lovers. He knew that she liked him, too.
That day, he went with her to see her family, accidentally mentioned her car sickness, her mother puzzled negative: "Really? She carsickness? She can sit in a spaceship without fainting. She has loved cars since she was a child, even sitting backwards..."
Now, he was confused and turned to look at her. She only smiled. When there were two of them left, he asked her, "Why lie?"
She cocked her head and said, "Because I want to sit on your right."
"You're a brave man. Who would have dared to take that seat then? I'm such a bad driver."
"It is because of your poor level that I have to sit next to you. So no matter what happens, we will bear it together."
He opened his mouth to say something, but it did not come out. He just reached out and held her tightly in his arms.
