Samuel Barry; the man overboard. Lost and forgotten from a luxury liner's maiden voyage to Calmino Island. A cabin boy fell overboard whilst the rich and famous continued their voyage unscathed by the storm.

The splash into the stormy sea nearly killed me. Because Captain John Rogers ignored my pleas, the S.S. Luxury met a minor storm. I was dumped overboard as the famous clientele aboard the ship all survived unharmed.

I never perished; didn't drown. The shock of the cold seas seemed to...recharge and rejuvenate...me . I took in my renewed life and struggle again for the surface in hopes of a life raft.

I didn't need to. I could breathe beneath the water. My ability to breathe renewed my confidence in being beneath the water and I swiveled my head around.

A nearby oyster pearl beckoned and called. I peered into it and could see the ship anew. It still struggled against the storm and was still a few feet off of the island paradise.

I then spied a nearby beautiful triton as well. It too seemed to summon me and I scooped up the new treasure experimentally.

Instantly, my eyes took on a sea blue hue and the waters around me calmed themselves at my command.

The S.S. Luxury reached Calmino Island unscathed as the storm silenced itself as swiftly as it had come.

Only the first act of heroism for the Sea King...
