Wiping the sweat from her palms on her skirt as she sat down she forced herself to look confident. Remaining calm was essential.
The men's faces ranged from irritated disgust to looks of lust, which would never be reciprocated.
She settled down into her chair, back to the door. Knowing she was the last to arrive she didn't mind the position. Pulling her laptop from the bag resting against her chair she got set up.
She could feel her heart racing in her chest. The last time she had been at a meeting with these men she had been belittled and embarrassed. Made to feel her gender made her inferior.
Connecting to the wifi she held her breath as the meeting commenced. She was not listening to the presenter. No-one paid much mind as the typed away on her laptop keys. Presumably taking notes.
These men may have been older, but not necessarily wiser. Able to hack into each of their systems she gained access to everything. Soon they would find everything was gone. Their files. Their passwords had been changed. Money gone.
Before the meeting finished she closed up, leaving with a smile on her face.
Millions being transferred.
