Powerpuff Girls and Dexter's Laboratory Crossover

Dexter held Bubbles tightly to him as he looked around the room of

human sized holding tubes. Princess angrily stepped out of her own

tube marching over to Dexter and the Powerpuffs.

"YOU RUINED EVERYTHING YOU STUPID PATHETIC NERD!"

Princess yelled pointing at Dexter.

"You don't have to blame me for your mistakes. Any system running

on evil is eventually going to become unstable with time." Dexter

said rolling his eyes as Princess' face grew bright red with more

anger.

"NO WAY IT WOULD HAVE WORKED HAD YOU NOT MESSED IT

UP!" Princess said jumping up and down, throwing a tantrum like a

child to which Buttercup responded by punching her just hard

enough to knock her to the floor.

"Now Buttercup, violence isn't always the answer." Dexter said face

palming making Buttercup glare up at Dexter.

"It's gotten me out of tight jams before." Buttercup said looking down

at the pitiful Princess.

"Yeah, well this isn't the right problem for that solution." Dexter said

helping Princess to her feet.

"You hear that Butterbutt, violence isn't the answer." Princess said

laughing and pointing up at her.

"That's it." Dexter said grabbing a rope from one of the shelves and

skillfully tying Princess' hands behind her back.

"HEY YOU CAN'T TIE ME UP I'M PRINCESS MORBUCKS! I'M TOO

RICH TO BE TIED..." Princess' words were muffled with duct tape.

"You're too stupid not to be tied up." Dexter muttered as he threw her

over his shoulder. "It's time we left this dump and went to my place."

"Yeah, okay." Bubbles said opening the door to a well known street

in Townsville.

Their location seemed to be an abandoned donut shop as they

exited. Bubbles picked up Mojo throwing him over her shoulder. The

streets seemed to be filled to the brim with crime as store windows

were broken into and trash littered the streets. Bubbles, Buttercup

and Blossom floated close by as everyone else had to walk.

"Do you know your way well around the city on foot?" Dexter asked

Bubbles.

"Not really, that's why we're going to have to check from the sky

every now and then." Bubbles said blushing in embarrassment.

"This place is a dump." Bunny said sighing and scratching her head.

"It's not always like this." Blossom said a little frustrated. "When we

don't fight crime the criminals always seem to do this."

They walked until their feet were sore and they had reached the

grocery store. The professor's tiny car could be seen parked outside

the store.

"That's the professor's car. We need to go in and look for him, but we

need half of us to stay here in case he comes back." Blossom said

feeling her leadership instincts kicking in. "Dexter, Bunny, Bubbles

and Bell. You guys can stay here since you're carrying dead weight

or would slow us down. Buttercup, you can come help me look."

They all nodded in agreement and Blossom and Buttercup went

racing off into the store to find him.

"What if we're attacked while we wait...?" Bell said looking worried.

"Don't worry, I'll be here to protect us." Bubbles said reassuringly.

"Thanks." Bell said smiling softly.

"It's no problem at all." Bubbles said looking up at the sky looking as

if she were remembering something.

Soon the professor came out with a few bags of groceries, eyes

showing signs of surprise. He put the groceries in the trunk of his car

and turned to all of them scratching his head.

"So where have you guys been? Dexter your family has been

worried sick about you." The Professor said before turning to

Bubbles, Buttercup and Blossom. "I've also been worried."

"We didn't willingly abandon you professor... this strange boy, Mojo,

Princess and Him conspired to trap us in this... fake computer

world." Bubbles explained as calmly as she could. "We got out as

fast as we could."

"Wow... SO it was a sort of matrix?" The professor said scratching his

chin as he looked as though he were deep in thought. "I didn't know

such a thing could be stable."

"It wasn't." Bunny said yawning. "We escaped that dump Mandark

called a masterpiece just in time for it to collapse in on itself."

"Hmm?" The professor said as he raised an eyebrow just as he

noticed Bunny and Bell. "And just who might you two be?"

"I'm Bunny..." Bunny said pointing to herself then proceeded to point

to Bell. "... and this is Bell. We're Powerpuff girls, but we don't have

all the super powers that your daughters do."

"Speak for yourself Bunny, at least you have some abilities." Bell

said sighing.

"Yeah, well neither of us have parents so we're still somewhat in the

same boat." Bunny said giving her a sideways hug trying to cheer

her up.

"How about you both stay with us? I'm sure we can find room for

you." The professor said smiling in a fatherly way.

"Really, are you sure?" Buttercup said giving Bunny a hug too now.

"Yeah, I'm sure." The professor said unlocking the car now. "By the

way, why do you have Mojo and Princess with you?"

"We're dropping them off in jail on our way home." Buttercup said

wrinkling her nose at Princess.

Dexter raised an eyebrow at Buttercup, but said nothing.

"We'll fly home." Bubbles said as Buttercup took Princess off

Dexter's shoulder. "We'll meet you there."

"Okay." Dexter said wearily looking at Mojo and Princess.

Dexter, Bunny and Bell got into the car with the Professor and soon

they were headed back home.

"So Bunny, how were you made or do you know?" the Professor

asked curiously.

"Mandark made me with a recipe that made me before, except he

introduced a carbon stabilizer into the formula. That's why I'm not

falling apart even though my recipe is imperfect." Bunny said looking

up at the sky. "I can't fly and | don't have laser eye beams, but I'm

excellent at building tunnels and leaping similar to how a flea can

leap."

"Wow, now that is interesting." The professor said grinning slightly.

"And what about you Bell?"

"| have no powers. l'm the result you would have gotten had you not

added the chemical x. I'm not useful when it comes to saving the

day. I'm pretty much just a normal human." Bell said leaning her

head against the car door watching the clouds.

"Aww, well | wouldn't say you're just a normal human." Dexter said

patting her shoulder. "No normal human is made in a laboratory...

usually."

"Oh, but if that's the case how are they made?" Bell said confused

and surprised.

"Well... when a mommy and daddy love each other very much they

do a special dance together." Dexter explained.

"Oh really? What kind of dance?" Bell said curiously as everyone

else blushed nervously.

"Uhh... I've never seen it so | don't know..." Dexter said as his face

turned as red as a tomato.

"We're home." The Professor said as he parked in the driveway. "I'll

be making dinner soon."

Blossom, Buttercup and Bubbles landed in the yard just as the

professor finished his sentence. Mojo nor Princess were with them

leaving Dexter to assume that maybe that had actually taken them to

jail. Not knowing how the professor would react to his idea he

decided to keep his mouth shut until later. Instead he ran up to

Bubbles to stand by her, but just as he got to her a familiar mini van

drove up and parked in his driveway. Deedee got out of the driver's

seat and ran up to Dexter hugging him tightly. Her long, blond hair

was put back into a tight bun and she had gotten bangs. She was

dressed in a white and pink business dress that went just to her

knees, matching her high heeled sandals.

"Deedee, what are you doing here?" Dexter said slightly annoyed,

but hugging her back.

"Oh | thought I'd drop by seeing as you were missing. | guess you

turned back up just as | got here though." Deedee said scratching

her head and giving Dexter that confused smile she always gave

him. "Where were you anyways?"

"I'll explain it later. It's a really long story." Dexter said rubbing his

forehead.

"Dexter, who's she?" Bubbles said curiously.

"Ah, Bubbles this is my sister Deedee." Dexter said gently wrapping

his arm around Bubbles' shoulders.

"Oh! Well it's nice to meet you." Bubbles said grinning.

"Did my younger brother finally get a girlfriend?" Deedee asked

smirking playfully giving her brother a noogie.

"Argg stop it Deedee!" Dexter said in an annoyed tone as his face

turned bright red.

"Deedee, Dexter! Dinner's ready!" Dexter's mom said from the front

door.

"Uggh, looks like we'll have to explain what happened later after

dinner." Dexter said to Bubbles as Deedee dragged him off.

"Say bye to your sweetheart Dexie poo!" Deedee said making his

face beet red as they both went into the house.
