Powerpuff Girls and Dexter's Laboratory Crossover

Girls.

Dexter carried Mojo and Bubbles carried Princess as they flew down

the next hallway in search of Mandark and a way out. Buttercup

wrinkled her nose as she glanced at Princess and flew ahead of

Bubbles. Bunny just watched and shook her head. She flew close to

Bubbles still looking at Buttercup.

"Has she always had issues with anger?" Bunny whispered to

Bubbles.

Bubbles said nothing, but gave a silent nod. The Hall way was now

starting to resemble a laboratory rather than a castle or a home.

Several paintings of interesting looking inventions hung on the walls.

The wall paper was a blood red with a creepy pattern of golden

eyeballs. The walls were now lined with mirrors which didn't help

ease the tension in the air. Bubbles stayed as close to Dexter as she

could without bumping Princess awake.

"Do you really believe you're going to escape this place?" Mandark's

voice came from everywhere.

"Where are you Mandark? Show yourself!" Dexter said frowning as

he looked around for the source of the sound.

"| can't tell you that Dexter. You know, you could have just accepted

my offer to be my lacky. If you did this wouldn't have happened."

Mandark said coldly.

"| could never work for an evil asshole like you!" Dexter said keeping

his grip on Mojo. "You don't have any love for any living thing."

"That's because life has no meaning to it. We live and then we die.

What's the point of that?" Mandark was now speaking with a sharp

tongue.

"If that's the way you see things... it's no wonder your so evil..."

Dexter said angrily as he heard a clanking sound. "You guys we

have to move fast!" Dexter said as he speedily started moving

forward.

At the end of the hall they found a sterile looking bedroom. Blossom

sat on the bed wearing a lacy, pink night gown. She looked toward

them with sedated eyes and got up, floating freely in the air like

them.

"Don't worry guys, | got this." Buttercup said as she approached

Blossom.

Dexter gave a thumbs up to her and Bubbles and Bunny both gave

nodding smiles. Buttercup turned to Blossom and almost instantly

started exchanging hits and blows. Blossom wasn't having much

success blocking, being a sedated puppet. She managed to give

Buttercup a few bruises before she was finally knocked out. Slinging

Blossom onto the bed, Buttercup rejoined the group.

"Well it doesn't look like we're going anywhere seeing as we're ata

dead end.” Buttercup said.

"Not necessarily." Dexter said looking around the room finding a

book shelf.

"What could you possibly mean? This really is a dead end. Where

else could we possibly go?" Bunny asked looking at the titles ona

book shelf.

"You're looking at the answer right in front of you Bunny." Dexter said

pulling what looked to be the most boring book in existence. The

shelf scrolled up like a garage door revealing an elaborate

laboratory. "Don't push any buttons if you don't know what they do."

"Why would we do that?" Bubbles giggled nuzzling Dexter.

"Well long story short, that's how someone used to destroy parts of

my laboratory." Dexter said taking in the view of Mandark's

laboratory.

"Are you enjoying your visit to my... Sanctuary?" came Mandark's

voice coldly.

"Mandark?" Dexter turned to see the taller boy standing behind

them.

"Yes, the one and only." Mandark said holding a laser gun in his right

hand and a video game controller in his left. "| hate to tell you this,

but you were right about hitting a dead end Buttercup."

"What's that supposed to mean?" Buttercup retorted.

"What the hell do you think it means?" Mandark said pressing the

pause button causing Blossom to get back up off the floor. Pocketing

his gun he took full control of Blossom once again. She lunged fists

first toward Dexter. "I hate you Dexter... and anyone who stands with

you. I've wanted you to die for a long time and thanks to..." Mandark

was interrupted as the castle started to glitch showing random bits of

coding everywhere in the room. Holes in the floor started to appear

and a sucking sound could faintly be heard.

"Mandark... how did you build this world?" Dexter said looking into

one of the holes in the floor.

"| sold my soul to Him." Mandark said struggling slightly against the

black hole's gravity. "I'll do anything to have my revenge against

you."

"That's not good, it means when you die you're going to That Place."

Bubbles said shaking her head.

"No... not That Place!" Buttercup said in shock.

"Yes... That Place." Bubbles said sighing.

"Nonsense, I'm not going to die." Mandark snapped.

"Yes you are." Bubbles argued back. "Eventually everyone dies."

In the mess of back and forth arguing Bunny slapped Mandark's

hand making the remote drop to the floor and break. Blossom almost

instantly woke up and blinked in surprise. The confused look on her

face so obvious as the holes in the floor began to grow.

"Why did you do that?" Mandark said angrily picking up the remote

control pieces.

"Because she deserves her freedom idiot." Bunny said backing away

from him and toward the master computer.

"What are you doing with that?" Mandark said now struggling to walk

over to her.

"I'm freeing all of us from your tyranny." Bunny said typing ina

command and hitting enter causing Blossom to disappear instantly.

Mandark hissed violently jumping for her, but missed as the black

hole sucked him in far enough to grab Bubbles by her leg.

"You're a hero, you can't let me die no matter how evil | am."

Mandark said tightening his grip on Bubbles.

"Let me go you evil crazy man." Bubbles cried trying to get away as

Mandark was pulling her in with him.

Bunny hurriedly typed in a second command making Bubbles

disappear sending Mandark into shock as he clawed for another

person to grab. He screamed in agony as he was sucked into the

black hole.

"Bunny, don't forget about Bell." Dexter reminded her.

Bunny nodded and typed in the rest of the commands making even

Mojo and Princess disappear. Dexter woke up to a dimly lit room.

Everyone including him looked to have been sleeping in tubes with

strange helmets on their heads. Taking it off from his head he

pushed the door to his tube open and got out. Sighing in relief he

watched as all the Powerpuffs had awakened as well and were

climbing out of their tubes. Running up to Bubbles he hugged her

tightly, kissing her deeply. Her warm body pressing against his was

more than enough comfort. He never wanted it to end as he

continued to kiss and hold her.
