Password Reset: A story

David sat at his desk, staring at the screen in front of him. He had been trying to log into his email for the past half hour, but no matter what he did, the system kept telling him that his password was incorrect. He knew he was typing it in correctly, so he must have just forgotten it. He had a habit of using the same password for everything, so he figured he must have changed it at some point and just couldn't remember.

He decided to reset his password. He clicked the "forgot password" link and followed the instructions. He received an email with a link to reset his password, but when he clicked on it, he was taken to a page that asked him to enter his email again. He did, but the page just refreshed and asked him to enter it again.

David was starting to get frustrated. He had work to do and he couldn't even log into his email. He decided to try resetting his password again, just in case he had made a mistake the first time.
