Wilmington, Delaware was named Reason, Delaware.

“What the hell is that supposed to mean? Gerbiqua Molson asked. “I mean what’s the point?”

A few more residents ventured guesses as to why the name change occurred.

“I think it’s alright,” said Jermichael Danford. “It’s a nice ring and a reminder to always be thinking.”

In Reason, Wilmington, it happened to be the only place on Earth called by that title. It warmed young Cynthia Jacks.

“I think it will help make the state better. Let’s hope it doesn’t make the place ironic, though.”

With the name in place, most folks rejoiced.
