“We use keywords in the Corps, are we tracking?” The junior officers replied to Lieutenant Colonel Christopher T. Roswell with enthusiasm.

“One of those words you learned in OCS. LMGAS. This rifle that the enlisted primarily use goes a long way. The Lightweight Magazine fed Gas operated Shoulder-fired weapon should be ingrained in all of your psyches."

He turned to a board. “This is what we’re up against.” A picture of an AK-47 appeared on the screen. “It is a weapon that is durable and easy to fire.”

“A three-year-old could shoot it, sir!” Captain Marianne Capulet announced.

“That’s right.”
