1st Day: The Invasion & The Aftermath

On this Grey misty morn, we humans shutter at the sound of gloom’s horn.

The war just ended, the lines of soldiers trudging home, through piles piles of bodies and pools of blood.

The enemy these soldiers came from the sky, laying waste to all we all of us wished we hadn’t been born.

Onward they go, through fog thick and heavy. Battered, beaten, ripped and torn my city’s skyline gleans no more.

The city was bustling and full of life, is now desolate piles, of famine and strife.

The mass horde of Soldiers, sifting through the debris, gathering information to learn about our societies.

These soldiers come to conquer as we humans run and flee.

They were far stronger than all the World’s armies, taking just two days to wipe them all out.

What is left of the Earth- those who survived. This evil- these soldiers, gather us all in Grey ships that jet from the ground to the star speckled sky.

Hiding out, from the soldiers I lie in wait unseen as the endless stream of alien soldiers sweeps by.

The agents of evil, are almost gone my loved one they drag along. She fights kicking punching while she screams, and mourns our lives stripped away.

Hope is gone on this day, I hear her cries and pleas, as I lie still under rotted corpses infected with fleas. Her heart shaped locket I clutch, tight and close to my chest I hear her screams I want to help her.

I lie in rest silent that is best, of those who oppose stand ground and fight The faceless soldiers disintegrate that life.

She sees me lying on the ground I signal her text her things will be alright.

I signal her and she sees between the soldiers she signals back and then gives an ok, as the agents of evil snatch her with out a fight.

“Hold on baby girl I will be right there- hold on my love believe and hold onto prayer- I will be there- next afternoon.”

Brutal is this truth they the faceless ones came in one fail swoop.

Brutal… this truth they the soldiers invaded wiping us out in just 48 hours the rest of us beg for freedom from this plight.

The reality of this situation is grave, no one dares stand up against them to be brave for sure death awaits those of us who tempt that fate.

Fear and wrath as we all are whisked away.

I see her ship in the distant morn, she is shoved on without remorse.

I wait for the last line of soldiers to pass, and quickly I scurry out from their path.

Crawling out form the pile of dead I turn dart full-speed ahead.

Quickly quietly The second horn is sounded and its clear we are warned.

I silently sprint as fast as I can, full speed ahead, in-between the groups of soldiers on this now wet rainy terrain.

Torrential down pour – on this morn.

Another Trumpet horn beckons it’s doom call I reach babygirl’s ship climb aboard slip and fall.

I sit still for one of the soldiers scowls and stares clicking and groaning in low cricket like growls.

The faceless soldier, goes back to his rounds- gathering the few of us left on the ship.

Scared and petrified is sit, the image of the faceless haunting me clawing me scarring me with the tightest grip.

I feel a cold hand on my shoulder, moving up from my shoulder to neck then face, It grabs me pulls me near.

Turning me slowly around I see there my love unbound staring me in the eyes- we kiss only to separated again.

They make us form three lines, women in the first, children in the second and men the last.

As we take off the children are left, the bottom drops out as the parents scream and shout.

One and only good thing here, the kids are saved for them they are free from all fear.

Day2: Mankind’s Questions Answered

From beyond the heavens we came, looking for a planet to call our own.

We found Earth it shall be our new home.

Seeking life, to help and grow, cultivate love and kindness.

Finding creatures vast and wide, so much life, Earth’s majestic pride.

We the benevolent, came to sew peace and love, this planet Earth.

Hoping to share a home, for our world was lost to a Black star called Urst.

The planet we left, was home to far more species than this new home.

Our greatest ships started landing, in the frozen north, we began inhabiting.

We, live thrive in the frozen lands, under the ice was our plan.

For centuries we thrive, lived undetected until such time.

The so called humans invaded and drilled in ice, you happened upon another life.

Discovering our existence this time.

Some friendly, some new most evil and wanted us to die.

We the aliens-friends of you- tried to show mankind it’s flaws.

Mankind ignored us showing us teeth and claws, through military use- they started to poke and abuse.

We aliens the creators of you, tried to warn you of your doom.

Mankind- you forced our hand, we slaughtered all your armies highest commands.

Then dismantled your military’s might, even with your greatest technologies you couldn’t win this fight.

Our technology is too strong, 1 million years advanced from your own.

Comparatively technology so great ours, looks like magic to you all, our ship’s doors open and you think it’s Heaven’s and Hell’s gates.

Feeble- and weak-you think your strong, at your age in the cosmos, you should see your wrong.

Mankind, 6,000 years young, infants in time.

We tried to help you grow- so you can survive.

Man so you so new like a birthed star, coughed into life- a billionth of a speckle in spacetime.

We came in peace to help you along, our messages were misinterpreted- construed as wrong.

We don’t need a planet to live on, we chose to come and help mankind along.

We aliens repeat these lines so you may understand we the creators and caretaker of this land.

Sustain life in all its forms to enjoy and evolve in what was given.

We had no choice you’ve forced our hand, there was nothing left to do but remove you from this land.

Feeble minded young and blinded you mankind are captured in time for the divine.

Enjoy your life enjoy your time, days of futures past we place you on hold to renew and reset your path.

Fleeting hope, searching your feelings- in this grand scope.

You understanding is a failed attempt, grasping at straws- you loose all hope.

As you all mourn your dead, whilst we payback the favor...this the greatest lesson is now your Death’s head.

Your lives placed on hold for transfer to a new world- placed in stasis of deep sleep you live -1,000 human years in slumber.

Spiritless and void, husks of life… your last chance is now a reprise in the song of life.

You… Mankind- your last chance has been given, and you have chosen to live in strife.

We embark on this journey, piercing through the veil of time- this is the course of action.

We have split creating two factions, this is our response – our reaction.

Embarking on this journey, beyond spacetime, to a new destiny a destination undisclosed.

Your life’s future you chose, punishment befitting the crimes, your choice over 2,000 years.

Mistakes you repeated countless times before, your life choice we will live coexisting together in time.

On the same planet, under our guidance you will serve, under our instructions you will find punishments fitting your crimes.

Oppression is your demise.

Day 3: Conquest & Conquer

Blood red, Alien moons three in all reach diagonally up to an unknown star.

This bright Blue star, burns and swoons the strongest reminder we are farthest from our home.

Awoken from sleep, lacking the divine we wake to find troubled times.

The new destination, is both somewhere and nowhere in time, perfect planet for the suffering kind.

Awoken from sleep, herded out like sheep- we step down from ship to Blue slate stone that is the ground- silent screams fill the areas around.

All of us gazing in awe at the three moons- some of us can’t help but swoon.

We turn around to face our fears- some of the faceless clutch advanced weapons that look like spears.

We turn around and what do we see one maybe two massive cities times three.

Two by two we line the entrance, the faceless soldiers at the walls and gates they shove through to our fates.

Strange are these days- strange are these times- an alien race that was so kind- they speak all the languages of advanced life.

They told us warned us to leave them be so that they could protect the Earth, growing crops and cleaning up our dirt, soot and filth.

We now live breed and die like the days on Earth, time passes by not much has changed except we are guarded watched, poked and prodded- forced to work 9 hour days or Specs of time that equals the same.

They feed us what they choose- mostly whole grains and something similar to rice- we are their muse.

Somethings are not all bad in this Dystopia- the planet and cities ours to explore- the only thing that makes us glad.

We all sleep, in a central wall 15 million of us in one big hall- in the center of the cities we sleep- in stasis pods we dream.

While asleep some of us are tortured, some are tagged assigned numbers and tasks to be had.

My friends turned away left on the outskirts of Exploration bay -I still think about my love looking at her heart shaped locket I keep in my glove.

Some are kept locked up in quarantine for breeding purposes- acts of which no-one can see.

I’m one of the ones not so lucky- I mine precious metals and ores- giving them to the alien hordes for over a year has gone by.

In the mines I plan my escape, using a plasma drill to murder and maim.

Taking the Alien armor- I now wear, others follow suit and grab gear.

Twisting and turning upwards, through this maze- onward I lead with plasma drill on all blaze.

Tearing, shredding, dismembering more- on through this black maze of horror.

Gathering allies, they see that we can fight, my friends and I full of might.

We all stand together and fight, gaining ground- we wage onwards, and upwards unbound.

The Faceless fight, sending more soldiers for us to plow through gaining strength by the dozens.

Death comes quickly as the Faceless fall, the mine dark and deep we press onwards-for our lives to keep.

Wading through the bleakest caves, we wage war for freedom’s days.

Pressing on with every step, fighting for our lives is what we now do best.

No rest, no qualms no worry, onward we go wreaking havoc in freedom’s furry.

Out of the dark and into the light, fighting our way through the moon lit night.

See, see them run, onward we go 400 men- all of them fight, destroying the Alien’s plight.

Hell fire cannon fodder galore, us 400 press onwards at war.

The war of the ages, for us increasing in strength, we slaughter our captors.

Dead growing in numbers times three.

Men and women running to fight from all around we humans show might.

Trouble-less days are soon at hand, we have wiped the enemy from these lands- all are dead by our hands.

We believe in love and light we are soon freed from this fight.

Love is strong it gave me my will to lead us all to the end.

My love in hand we stand together in a new land.
