A woman observes the fact that people clamber into this country every day despite the ills like mass shootings
Blue Heyer paced the floor in a fit of rage. She asked for the voice operating system to turn off the television.
“Goddamn it, let ‘em in! We’ve got mass shootings happening nearly weekly for Chrissake!”
Her husband tried to console her.
“No! There are literally people dying in the street in this country because of some people, not the tool.” She kept pacing and her ire grew with intensity. She looked at her own assault rifle.
“I’m not about to go on rampages!”
“I know, Blue.”
“So why take our guns we would use in defense?”
“I don’t know.”
