Johane's journey to venus

Johane was not like other kids in her neighborhood. While others played with dolls or ran around the park, she sat by the window at night, staring at the sky, lost in dreams. The bright, shining planet Venus had always fascinated her. She read every book she could find about it, watched documentaries, and even drew pictures of what she imagined Venus looked like up close.

Her parents, a middle-class couple working hard to make ends meet, often smiled at her passion but worried about her big dreams. "Venus is too far, sweetheart," her mother would say. "No human has ever been there." But Johane never gave up. She wanted to visit Venus, no matter what.

### **The Unexpected Opportunity**

One day, a surprising announcement shook the world. A private space company had built a satellite capable of traveling to Venus, and they were looking for a young astronaut to accompany their mission as an observer. It was a historic event, and when Johane heard about it, her heart raced. She immediately applied, writing a heartfelt letter about her love for Venus.

Days passed, and just when she had started to lose hope, a letter arrived. She had been chosen! Her parents were shocked but proud. With tears in her eyes, Johane hugged them tightly. "I’m going to Venus!" she whispered in excitement.

### **The Journey Begins**

After months of training, Johane finally boarded the spacecraft, *Aurora-1*, along with a team of scientists. As the rocket launched, she felt her heart pound with excitement. She watched in awe as Earth grew smaller and the vastness of space surrounded them.

After a long journey, the satellite reached Venus. Its thick, golden clouds swirled beneath them, covering the planet like a mysterious blanket. As planned, Johane and a small robotic probe descended into the atmosphere in a specially designed capsule. The moment she landed, she gasped in amazement.

The surface was nothing like she had imagined. The sky was a deep orange, and the ground was rocky and dry. The air was thick and heavy with swirling clouds of gas. Her suit’s temperature monitor beeped constantly—it was scorching hot.

### **A Strange Discovery**

As she took cautious steps forward, something caught her eye. A strange, glowing blue rock lay on the ground, pulsing like a heartbeat. Curious, she picked it up, but the moment she touched it, the ground beneath her trembled.

From the misty horizon, shadowy figures appeared—tall, thin creatures with shimmering silver skin and large, black eyes. Johane's breath caught in her throat. **Aliens!**

They didn’t seem hostile. Instead, they watched her with curiosity, communicating in soft, musical sounds. Her suit’s translator struggled to interpret, but she understood one thing—they were warning her. The glowing rock was not ordinary; it was a source of energy, something powerful beyond human understanding.

### **A Narrow Escape**

Suddenly, an alarm blared in her helmet. "Johane, return to the capsule immediately!" the voice of her commander echoed. The thick Venusian clouds were shifting dangerously, and a storm was approaching. The aliens pointed towards her spaceship, as if urging her to leave.

Johane hesitated but knew she had to go. Clutching the glowing rock, she ran back and boarded the capsule. As the engines roared to life, she saw the aliens watching her, their eyes filled with an unspoken message—**Come back when you're ready to understand.**

### **Back on Earth**

When Johane returned to Earth, she became famous overnight. Scientists were eager to study the strange glowing rock, but she kept the aliens a secret. She knew the world wasn’t ready yet.

Years later, as she grew older and became a scientist herself, she often looked at the night sky, smiling at Venus. She had been there, she had seen the unknown, and she knew—one day, she would return.

**The End.**
