Is Time Travel Actually Possible?

There are unexpected consequences of this. Take black holes for example. They have the greatest gravitational pull in the universe. Light cannot escape them, and they slow down time to an extreme level. Falling into a black hole, you would witness millions of years of events before your inevitable fate. Getting trapped behind bookshelves would be a possibility. If it were possible to escape a black hole, so much time would have passed outside that life would be unrecognizable. The speed of light also affects time. As you get faster, time slows down. When you reach the speed of light, time slows to such an extent that things seem to happen instantaneously. Imagine a photon of light emitted by a star. It takes millions of years to reach us, but for the photon, the journey is instantaneous. If you can travel at the speed of light, time becomes neutral. Going faster than light could potentially allow traveling forward in time. Going backwards in time is more difficult. There is a theory that subatomic particles called tachyons can go backwards in time. However, tachyons have never been observed. Some believe that harnessing tachyons could lead to time travel. Another theory is the existence of wormholes.
