“I didn’t say that!”

“Yes, you did! You literally just did!”

“What do you think I said?”

“Really? Do you think I’m actually going to let you backtrack somehow from the outrageous comment you made?”

“You always call what I say, ‘outrageous’; and, what you say, ‘measured and reasonable.’”

“That is the first true thing you have said all day.”

“So, are we really going down that same old rabbit hole again.”

“Speaking of rabbit holes, I can absolutely relate to Alice right now, and I know you are definitely the Mad Hatter!”

“Well, that’s true because I’m a reflection of you in Wonderland and your chaotic, nonsensical behavior like accusing me of something I never said!”

“Here we go again! Yes, you did say that!”

Again — what do you think I supposedly said?”

“If you can’t even remember what you just said, maybe you need cognitive therapy help.”

“Nice try, but I know what you think I said. Not what I actually said!” Perhaps you need a hearing test!”

“Does the recorder on my phone need a hearing test?”

“What? You’re actually recording this conversation?”

“Absolutely! I’m really sick of you denying what you say! I’m not only recording this conversation, but I have been recording all of our conversations for the past month! I’m really worried about you!”

“Worried about me? You have been betraying me! How dare you record me without my permission!”

"Without your permission? I'm betraying you? You are not going to keep pushing my buttons like that. You never listen to me, so maybe you will listen to your own words and see how disgusting you are."

“So, now I’m disgusting to you?!?”

“I also said I’m worried about you. Doesn't that matter?”

“No, but it justifies what I’m about to do because I do know exactly what I said.“

“What do you think you said, then?”

“I said I’ll kill you if you ever betrayed me.”

“Oh, here you go again! Now I am supposed to escalate this like every other time. I call you out to others and you act like you have no idea what I am talking about. You are the poor innocent victim and I am the crazy one."

"Make all the recordings you want. You can't do anything with them. I don't care what they say anyway."

“This is going to stop, and stop now. I am going straight to him and tell him everything, including the recordings!”

"To be clear, I do not know what you’re are talking about. Is it what I actually said, or, as usual, what you think I said in that bizarre mind of yours? You really might want to reconsider that. You have been with me from the beginning. How are you going to explain all that? It is going to get really ugly, really quick. I will see to that."

"How? How are you going to see to that? You can't even talk to him by yourself. I have to hold your hand. It gets worse every time. I can't do it anymore. Once I put this all out there, I am through with you, with it all. I am done!"

“But, you did say you’d kill me.”

“Nope, you left out the reason I said I’d kill you! That’s why I said ‘I didn’t say that!’”

“Again, you said you’d kill me. I don’t care why!”

“Yes, but get it right. Words matter!”

“Especially when you threaten to kill me!”

“Let’s recap! I disgust you and you betrayed me. I have every right to kill you and put you out of your misery!”

“You’re delusional! Nobody has the right to kill anybody, unless it’s self defense.”

“This is self defense. I need you out of my life, and everyone else’s!”

“Then, just do it now, bitch!”

“What did you do to me? Look at all that his blood! Did you just shoot me? I’m feeling dizzy and faint!”
