Happy Julymas

Hmmm !!! Does it look like fall or even winter to you yet? No, well of course not because it is still summer but some people insist on bugging us with images of Christmas materialism. Oh, don't be offended it gets better from here or funnier..... take your pick.

Not that I have anything against Christmas mind you, but jeeze let me enjoy the warm/ hot sunny days of summer before I have to think about the next year which is what happens after Christmas. My Christmas list is already compiled and ready to be cherry picked for the best prices on amazon…. so no I am not a last minute scrooge. What's a last minute scrooge, you ask? Well its one of those people that wait to the last minute to shop and wind up getting crappy gifts for those you supposedly care about. Yea, those people that you see rushing around like chickens buying just anything and claiming its a gift.

I understand wanting to start having those Christmas feelings of goodwill but this is not the time. Between prices skyrocketing on everything from food( you do need to eat after all) to gas( here is a tip: start thinking of biking or even public transportation), it can seem a bit daunting to those of us that are being blasted with the latest new expensive item that is out there. Don't even get me started on the shortages that seem to be occurring just about every other week, ugh seriously women and baby items should not be experiencing shortages but then again when idiot men are in charge that is what happens. To survive it seems you need not just one or even two jobs but around three or four just to afford to be to live.

This is just a rant that is partly based on the idiocracy that seems to have taken over this planet, while it may seem funny to some we are in crisis mode people and it should be taken seriously instead of just burying our head in the sand. One of the reasons for the rant is that while I am being blasted by the latest Christmas movie to assault my vision families are being scammed out their hard earned money causing parents to make difficult decisions ( and no I am not taking about what to get little Susie or Dre for Christmas), the rich are getting richer while the middle class and the poor well they are struggling even harder( trying to make it rich or at least insta-famous), homelessness is on the rise and people seem to not care about whats important( except for all important xmas gift).

Well I am done ranting for now, one of the many survey things I do just sent me a amazon gift card worth fifteen dollars and every penny counts, when you have children and two of them have birthdays coming up plus your planning for Christmas and that stupid movie is still playing which is bugging me since I've lost track of the plot( what plot. they are all the same: girl meets boy. girl and boy argue then fall in love. boy and girl make up then break up before marrying over xmas.) and I so need to find my blasted remote.

Assuming that you have finished the entire thing i told you that it got funnier towards the end....... or at least less serious than what I intended in the first place.

Sooooo I'm just gonna sign off this with a Happy Julymas and godspeed everyone at least until its actually Christmas!!!!
