Since the dawn of time two lovers have loved and hated in an eternal dance of lust. This started before the dawn of time and space and fulled such things. The female lover was called flame. She was named after the matter that made her, fire. Her entire essence was fire, from the skin that encased her , to the energy that flowed within it. In the ancient place of fire there was a temple like no other. The very foundations and structures that made up the temple, much like flame, were entirely made of fire. The Fire ranged from blue to purple , pink to very , large too small and warm too hot. If you were to ask most people what this temple was for they would not answer. Most of the time they didn't know either but there was the select occasion where you would be lied to. If you knew what the temple was for you would also be able to find a door.A door, that would lead to one of the world's best kept secrets. Nar;Huǒ. The Valley of volcanoes , in this valley on a volcano stood above the rest, both figuratively and literally. When other being came into he world ,This is the place flame came to call home.
At the bottom of said volcano lived ickle in the deepest part of a frozen lake unlike any other. Under Normal circumstances a frozen lake next to the world's largest and hottest volcano would surely not be frozen later, but. Because ickle lived in the lake known as being his energy made the ice remain true.
Ickle built a bridge every Sunday out of his own ice where he came to know flame. They would spend what would later be know as a day together. They would talk of they weakness and there woes and flame would always ask for a kiss, every-time. Ickle was always too shy and fearful to give in to his temptation so, every time, he denied her request.
He was ice and she was fire after all...What would happen if they touched?
The ice that made up of the bridge would slowly melt away, each time this ritual happen they bring life to the world in the form of water.
Their first children were water nymphs who were born with absolute control over the element. They danced around the earth spreading the water across the world making rivers, lochs, lakes and any other body of water known to the land.
Flame and Ickle also made fairies from the embers of flame to watch over the water and keep the nymphs company. They no longer had to dance alone.
The symbiotic relationship lasted as long as time itself, they made energy for the whole world allowing everyone one to rest on what was called son day.
One day flame pleaded for longer than usual with ickle to share on touch, one kiss. Although persuasive ickle denied her request once again although he wanted to kiss her just as much as she did him. Flame was devastated , after all this time together he still wasn’t willing to embrace her?
That night flame walked across the frozen lake, melting it as she went, she bent down to where he lay and stole a kiss while he slumbered.
As soon as their lips meet ickle began to burn and melted into water, at the same time flame was slowly left frozen solid.
She would stand in the lake for the rest of her days, over the pool of water she once loved. His embrace would never leave her face and she would never know of his demise.
