Fiction Or Not

And what do you think? You can decide.

As I wrote a story about the picture below, I was so upset that I had not gotten a better photo, when I saw it! A small circular light in the bushes. Not just one but others too. The fog looking material in the picture I thought at first was my lack of photography skill when I realized that may not be it at all! It may be why the critter doesn’t look familiar and no one that looked at it could really say what it is. And even though I was stopped and looking in the direction of the critter, the critter only looked toward me for seconds, and then looked back again at the small circular light. I thought it odd that the critter didn’t move into the woods. I left shortly, and thought that maybe he was hit and needed time to get okay. I let it go until today!

Note the fog and the light in the bushes on the left.

When this picture below showed up in a birthday wish for someone in this photo. There may be a fire in the background I thought, just making it look like someone or something is standing there next to my sister and above the birthday girl, but no, they say there was no fire, no smoke and no early morning fog or dew, as it was midafternoon when the picture was taken. This is what brought me back to the picture of the critter and then to the third photograph below.

Note fog on the right above the blue chair and next to the woman with the braid.

I was in the BWCA with friends. We were staying at a beautiful and fun rental place. When one of my friends was walking the canoe back to the storage space, I couldn’t help but see what looked like a large face of a male looking out at us, right above her. The picture does not show as well as what we saw there that day. Although it is possible to make out a bit of what we saw. We thought, was it the lighting and the reflection from the water together that made what we saw? Who knows, and who will ever know for sure. We know someone or something was with us that day and that is all I can say!

Note above and to the right of the woman and the canoe.

Some people will tell you that there is someone with them all the time. I have been told that by a few different people and heard of it from others. A friend of my husband and I that is in his eighties talks to a psychic regularly. He was not a believer until his daughter got him a session with her and she could answer all his questions that only he and his wife knew the answers to. He was convinced, as he had not told anyone and his wife had been deceased for several years by the time he had his first session. Since his first time, he has talked to his wife, his son and a sister that died young. I have no reason to think what he talks about isn’t true. I know it makes him happy to have that experience and less lonely, I’m sure. Some people in my culture talk of spirit lights. Or calling in the spirits for help. My daughter talked of seeing a ghost of her father after he died. She told him he could go and that she would be alright and so would he. It was after she saw him riding in the car with me when she was following me in her car. I have heard too many stories like this and others to not believe there is something. I thought of making this story into fiction for the fiction contest that ends today. I still can as most people will believe it fiction anyway. And what do you think? You can decide. I am okay either way. Fiction or Not Fiction!
